Please have them remove the pool and hot tub off the description the pool has not been in service for a long time. The pool area is storage for mattresses and room furniture. When you filter pool for your desired hotels and you get there and there is no pool it is very disappointing

It was a horrible experience. The conditions of the room was horrendous

Their pool is Closed, because it is full of mattresses and they said oops.The website was supposed to say the pool was closed. Then we had to call the front Front desk from our own phones because they have no phones in the room. And they ended up ended up switching our rooms because the t v did not work

literally everything is broken and dirty. Never stay there!

The bed has a horrible dip in the center...very uncomfortable. The bathtub is dirty.

People in the front were super nice and as well for check out. Rooms were super clean and no foul smells.

Service was quick and easy to get in. Room was broken. Curtain falling off. Bathroom door with what looks like a knife stab. Outlet broken. AC vent had debris inside it. Bed was clean and comfy.

Pool was shut down and website did not indicate it was closed. Breakfast was undesirable. Room was ok. Hotel could use new towels.

The first room we checked into had a bug on the bed and then we went to the front desk to get another room- when I showed the clerk the picture, she just said "yeah that's definitely a bed bug." I'm no expert myself but got a different room. Checked that bed over and it looked ok. However, sleeping in the bed was terrible. The mattress sunk way down in the middle. There was no sharing the bed with my husband, because we both sank to the middle. The pool is closed for good it seems. I wasn't there to swim but want to make others aware Also the elevator is not working. The buttons inside the elevator are broken so they cannot be pushed. I hope this hotel eventually can clean up and invest some money in fixing up their property.

Our actual reservation wasn't available. The heat was not on so room was freezing cold with temps outside in single digets and there was a huge freezing draft under the unit. Floor needed to be vacuumed. Shower was very good though. Front desk late night checked in person was awesome. Parking lot had not bee plowed, probably all winter. Parking was thin. Breakfast was very slim.

Check in was simple, didn’t expect much. One of the room keys didn’t work. Got into the room it looked ok at first- heat was not on so it was pretty cold in the room. Fridge and microwave were unplugged. Bathroom was hands down the worst part. Had one towel to use for after shower. And that towel had various stains from previous guests- why is it so hard to buy new towels? Other smaller towels were tearing and also had stains. I don’t believe that bathroom had been cleaned in a month. Didn’t have full roles of toilet paper, mirror was dirty, counter top had stains, and body hair, hair, hair all over the bathroom. DISGUSTING. I know you are paying for a room but come on. There was also some mold growing on the bottom of the shower curtain. Floor tiles were loose. Overall a negative experience, I don’t recommend this hotel and will not be scheduling anymore stays.

Not clean

- Toilet base was ready to fall off the floor and leaking water all over the floor. Had to wear shoes in the bathroom or else your feet got wet. - Sink counter in bathroom was broken off the wall. - Bathroom sink was all stained with cigarette butts (non smoking room) - Room was not very clean

Upon entering hotel a guest was smoking in the entry way where management and employee could see nothing was done my husband asked that she smoke outside as our child had asthma and that is a extreme trigger for her entry way was full of smoke smell my daughter has had to go back to using her nebulizer because of it. First room we had went to adjust the thermostat and it fell off. Booked hotel for its pool which was pictured functional only to find out it has not been operational for months and is being used for storage. Also signage all over about being a non smoking hotel and room will be charged if you smoke in building but must not extend to entryways!

The pool was shut down, the breakfast was very LIMITED, and the rooms are terrible, the bath tub didn’t drain very well.

They advertise that they have a pool, but the pool room is used as a storage area for old furniture. Drain in the shower was very clogged.

Everything about the hotel was terrible…dirty, loud disturbance from room next door, TV didnt work. Stayed one night of 2 night reservation. Would not recommend.

It wasnt professional. Appeared that a Family party was going on in the lobby. For same price we could have gone to a nearby hotel with professionalism.

The pool is under renos but appears to be used as a storage area. Google and booking dot com still show it as having a pool! We had only thin fleece on the beds, no comforters and only 1 towel and hand towel in the bathroom. The corners of the bathroom were dirty as well. The actual room was decently clean and the bed was very comfortable. The guy at the front desk was very friendly
