I didn’t order breakfast during my stay nor did I use the parking, but there was enough parking & it di look secure

Everything stood out to us at the Campanile Eindhoven. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable! The staff was perfect, especially the Manager who helped us personally whenever we had questions.

I arrived after 18.00. Expedia charged my card. At the reception I was told that I can not get invoice for full amount. Only for city tax or for city tax and amount reduced by expedia commision. My company bookkeeper do not respect Expedia bill because there is no company details. Now I have problem

Quiet & functional room with TV & coffee maker. McDonald’s & bus stop to either the city & central train station on the airport a five minute walk away - bus to train station also stops at football stadium. 401, 402, 403. Bat area / restaurant but we didn’t use it, clean @ organised reception area. Friendly helpful staff.

The hotel is on the edge of a business park but do not be put off by that as it is relatively close to bars and restaurants in adjacent Veldhoven. It has a large secure car park which has controlled access over night, worth knowing if travelling by motorcycle. The staff were really friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. The rooms are accessed via lift or stairs to external balconies which means there are no internal corridors. We had a king size room with the usual huge Dutch bed which was really comfy. The shower room was bright and clean with one of the most powerful showers I've ever used; brace yourself. The only minor criticism is that the ambient lighting in the room was great but there wasn't any option for brighter ceiling room lights which may be a problem for some. Also the wardrobe was just a few hangers on a rail and 4 pigeon holes; some drawers and coat hooks would have been handy but we were only there for 3 nights and we managed. The hotel/reception/bar/restaurant are is very pleasant, clean and comfy with a mix of sofas, chairs and stools. We ate in there for 2 evenings (it would have been 3 but they don't do food on Sundays apart from breakfast; worth noting)The food was excellent with a varied choice on the menu plus daily specials. We made the mistake of not booking our breakfast when we booked the rooms as we weren't too sure if it would be worth it. Do it, it's cheaper if you do and you won't regret it.Great choice of cold meats and cheeses etc.

The staff is good. When we checked in, we noticed a torn sheet, and the staff changed our room without any questions. Overall, for the price, the hotel is normal, and you can stay there for a short trip.

Room was excellent, only very slight issue was a sticky mark on one of the bedside tables, but that was minor in the grand scheme of things. Decent size room, heating was required as outside temp was cold and it worked well. Shower and bathroom excellent, and the bed is the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on - wish I could get one shipped back to the UK! Bar area is warm and welcoming and the staff were all excellent, gladly speaking English as I couldn’t speak Dutch unfortunately. Aisha on check-in was fantastic and gave me all the info I needed. Location is excellent, centre of Eindhoven a ten min drive away, and PSV campus the same which is what I went for (football game). 100% would go back again.

Absolutely horrible smell of stale sweat. They have to clean out the air in all the rooms. The sheets smell horribly as well. I had to ask for a room change yet no improvement. I even went to see a friend in a different room same horrible stink. I can’t believe I paid this much for a place like this. No options of interesting stuff to watch on TV, bathroom did not drain well. The entire bathroom got flooded while I had my bath. The body soap dispenser was empty, I had a really horrible stay in this place. Hotel campanile should invest in air freshners as well. I will certainly not recommend this place to my enemy. You guys have to do better for what you charge!! I am very unhappy about my experience. Thankyou.

Generally, entire experience was good. I wish the rooms had AC and actual windows, not the shutters. A couple things I did not like: I left the do not disturb sign all days I was there and 2 of the days housekeeping still went in the room. One of those times we were just waking up. Another issue I had was the late night reception guy was not very friendly and seemed bothered by our presence in the bar/restuarant area. One of the nights there was a man at the bar talking to him. This man inserted himself into a conversation that was a misunderstanding between my husband and the attendant. He was rude and it took me great restraint not to tell him off. The restaurant staff was nice during breakfast hours. And the day attendants were also very nice.

Bar was amazing. Area a little bit remote but there is a Macdonalds and a supermarket nearby. Also it was only an hour walk from the airport. There are hire bikes nearby too. Room was a little bit small but the shower room was nice, there was a desk and good eletric shutters. There was a walkway round the building. The car park is the only way in or out and this has gates at night so it is secure. Id stay here again, the rate is reasonable. I walked to an area with bars about 15 mins away. The centre of Eindhoven is much further. Dott hire bikes are great, you just have to work out where you can park them. Eindhoven has dedicated cycle lanes, no one even wears a helmet

It was a convenient location to tour around the Netherlands. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Handy for the city centre

Very basic and no food options at night anywhere nearby. Windows have shutters on. Ok for a low cost but definitely no frills

They never changed the sheets

The room and facilities were amazing, was confused at first about the shop shutters on the windows but got used to it pretty quick, the area is very nice and scenic, it gives off a motel vibe but it is very comfortable and nice to stay in
