The room is incredibly cosy, bed mattress and pillows are very comfortable and everything is very clean. We always stay here when we visit Stockholm every year and it is always a very pleasant experience. Great location in the Old Town and the antiques marine decor feels very fitting.

This hotel looks like a museum! Beautiful collection! Our room was very romantic, and hotel located in the best area of Gamla Stan. The breakfast had a good variety and healthy juices made irg muscat, cardamom and ginger, very delicious. The breakfast room is located downstairs with no windows. It was a bit too cold in the morning when having breakfast. But this was the only complain we had.

Staff were always chearful and helpful. The decor is pretty amasing.

Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. A small issue with a misbehaving light was dealt with promptly. Breakfast is very good and food is refreshed all the time for the breakfast buffet,so nothing runs out !

Quaint, quiet room with a lovely bed and fantastic power-shower. Staff were lovely, and very welcoming. Breakfast was very nice. A decent buffet selection. Location was great- really spot on there.

The hotel was very well located, close to the metro station, restaurants, the palace, and great shopping. The hotel provided coffee and tea in the hallway outside the room. While I would've liked to have had a kettle in the room, this was also very nice and I enjoyed fresh coffee every morning. The breakfast downstairs was quite good! Lots of vegan and other healthy options. Also enjoyed the fresh juices and fresh fruit. The hotel has a lift which was very much appreciated! Everyone working there was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was clean and super comfortable with ample pillows and warm comforter. The shower was very hot!

Wonderful hotel, we stayed in the small double which was compact but felt plenty big enough. Good supply of tea and coffee, nice comfortable bed, good shower and excellent breakfast. Only downside I can think of is the road noise could be quite loud if you wanted the window open. Overall a great hotel with excellent friendly staff!

The floor we were on had a bad odor near the elevator. The bed creaked and was uncomfortable. The location was good and the hotel charming but the property needs some updating.

This Hotel is vintage de luxe. Its location is excellent. Perfect for my first time in Stockolm.
