All staff was very professional, respecful, very helpful.

Comfortable beds. Staff that checked me in was slow and confused on the process. Terrible location of hotel.

Check in was seamless. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the waitstaff was very attentive. I've been here a few times and am never disappointed.

Very clean! Better than the Hilton I stayed at in Jacksonville! Now I know that when I’m in a town I’m not familiar with, to always go with holiday inn express.

Good hotel needs some updating

Everything was good. There was no hair dryer in the room so I asked for one. The one I was given needed a good wipe down. Otherwise, a good pla e to stay overnight.

The property was clean, the room just looked like a little rough and the surrounding area was not the best.
