Love Embassy Suites! Fabulous complimentary breakfast.Beach is a walkway away. Would definetly come back.

I didn’t get the room that was booked for 2 nights. We also requested & were told the 2nd room would be across the hall. It was as far away as possible.

Very nice and clean, great reception and great beach

We only stayed for one night, but the check-in and the amenities were great. The hotel is under construction, but we were not inconvenienced by anything that is going on. The pool was open and the restaurants were great.

The hotel is very nice, everyone is very friendly, the included breakfast is a very good idea, because you don't see that anymore, that's why we leave our country to visit other countries because they always include breakfast with the reservation, it's good to attract tourists. The treatment is excellent, they should play different musical genres and organize activities for the public. The rooms are excellent. I would like to return.

Building was under maintenance but was good however didn’t appreciate the construction that woke us up in the morning right above us .

Property under construction. Was not disclosed before. Room was switched to lower level room to give us a workable balcony only to see the ocean fronts had workable balconies. Would not recommend!

Very nice property with a beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast was amazing and it’s convenient to multiple other food options and things to do.

Great stay, great hotel. The price seemed awesome till I realized you had to pay to park. That was thw only downfall though. Its i. A great area with yhe beach right there and a fantastic staff.

Was a little disappointed was not told until check in that there was construction going on… also we paid extra for an ocean view but was stuck in the corner with construction views. We go there every year but may look at other options 😞

Nice place to stay. The hotel is in construction but it does not bother if you have to wake up early to start your day anyways. If you are planning to sleep until late, I wouldn't recommend it.

The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is also very good. The only problem was that there was a lot of noise during the day because there was construction going on in one part of the hotel.

Too noisy since it’s under construction and that wasn’t mentioned on Expedia. Also the beach is short with big boulders all around. The picture shown on Expedia is deceiving.

The repairs in the hotel was inconvenient due to the noise of construction. I work remotely most of the time so the noise from the jack hammer was very annoying. I was told by the front desk that my room 435 was on the opposite side of the construction, but it was not so. It was difficult holding meetings with the noise. I suggest you keep all construction on one side ONLY. For your customers accommodations!

I would have given this hotel 5 stars but made it 4 stars for two reasons. First, I booked this hotel mainly based on price, it was within budget. Upon check-in, she told me about the $35 resort fee but I thought it was optional for those who want beach chairs and fast wifi. Upon check-out I see I was charged $35 for EACH day that I stayed. When I asked them about it, they said the $35 per day resort fee was mandatory for all rooms. Argh! I didn’t know this and I had avoided using beach chairs trying to save myself the resort fee that was mentioned at check-in. Secondly, I didn’t know the area so if I ever come back to Fort Lauderdale, I will get a hotel closer to Fort Lauderdale beach. Also, $26 parking per day, the hotel does not have free parking. But all in all, the hotel was clean and the suites were spacious, and it was right on Deerfield Beach which was nice.

DO NOT Book here they are under renovations and you will hear loud drilling in your room constantly. It goes on from 9am-5pm everyday and is very disturbing. Other than that the property is amazing Wonderful views private beach a bar and restaurant downstairs with pool. Deerfield Beach is a very chill beautiful beach. If your going to stay here make sure to call and ask if they are still under renovations from my understanding this would continue through out the year.
