I was charged $24 for parking on peoperty dinning was not near and breakfast was not inxluded when I believe site said breakfast included.

Definitely economy. Definitely not real clean.

It was very peaceful area no loud sirens.

Everything is dirty and most things are broken. They also stole my security deposit. Its been over a month and i still havent gotten it back. They told me they have no idea what happend to it. I am very disappointed and upset about it. Id like some help to resolve this issues.

The hallways smelled overwhelmingly of urine. They were stuffy, filthy, and marked up in every place possible. There is no water available in the vending machines nor bags for the ice buckets. The ice bucket was visibly soiled with brown. I had to unplug the alarm clock because it was old and making a high pitched noise. I was afraid to stay here and actually started coughing in the night due to the air quality being so awful. Pay a higher price for another option unless you have no other choice.

Property was extremely filthy and had a strong stench of cigarettes, even though property states it is 100% smoke-free.

Our AC didnt work, we had to get a new room, smaller and no view after paying for an upgraded room. The carpets were dirty with food still on the floor near the beds. The second floor looks horrendous and smells. The surprised us with daily parking fees upon check in, also held an extra $100 deposit until 7 days after check out.

The Expedia rating was 4.1, this is by far untrue. I have photos of how disgusting the room and hotel was. I am surprised Expedia would have this property on their site. I would not even give it 1 star. It was absolutely filthy (photos available), it was rundown beyond belief. It was a last minute booking and had it not been late, I would have demanded a refund. We ended up just catching a few hours sleep and getting out as quickly as we could. There arguments and people outside the windows, which by the way only had sheer curtains. The "real" curtains are secured so we were unable to block out people seeing in the room or us seeing out. I honestly can't even fully describe how disappointing this stay was. I will not trust the ratings on Expedia again.

The rooms are outdated really could use an upgrade or a good paint job the walls were filthy Things that were told on web site about rooms were false didn't get queen beds didn't have a coffee maker

Bathroom was a sauna. Had to ask for toilet paper and no toiletries after 5pm. Breakfast was lacking. No milk for cereal or coffee. Self made waffles and corn flakes we the only part of breakfast. Had vending machine to buy milk and other fruit loops. Parking not included.

Unpleasant front desk staff. Trash still in the room from prior visitor. Bathroom sink didn’t drain, mold on the ceiling in the shower. Bug in the bed and the room was never cleaned during our stay. Little to nothing offered at breakfast which caused problems and a loud argument with the staff and patron. We left a day early due to the hotel conditions and accommodations. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Seems as though people are living there as well.

When you book just make sure you have an additional $100 to complete the booking that they dont tell you kn here plus if you have a vehicle its $10 per day for your car. So add all that in because it does not come out in the fees that are charged on here its additional fees

The Hotel was reasonable. The Check in manager was helpful. They do have a $100 deposit policy. They will return the deposit if there is no damage.There is a $10 parking fee per night. It is not secured parking but the check in manager said we could park our car outside our room. With the price of the hotel, the parking is very fair.They do mention the deposit and parking on an email prior to arriving. The view of the Susquehanna River was nice and relaxing. We did not spend a lot of time in the room since we went to enjoy a car show at Carlisle.

Shady people outside. Didn’t offer eggs, meat, or many juice options. Rundown overall. Smelled.

Hotel in poor condition. A major investment into fixing things needs to be done. Staff were friendly and helpful.
