Everything was perfect and the price was great

Pool was very cold, no hot tub

Descent stay for the price. We were disappointed that the pool was kinda shady. I nice greasy film on the top. Also we had our bathroom fan leaking a brownish liquid which would fall on you as you were using the toilet. This occurred the last night of your stay and we were not gonna pack up everything and move for the night at that time.

The ceiling in my room was leaking water from rhe rain. And there was a hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine .

The room was very nice and the layout was perfect for us. The breakfast was good - less choices than other places but tasted good. We had problems checking in. We called the hotel to ask a question before arriving and it took 4 calls to get someone to answer - once on hold for over 6 minutes. When we arrived there was no one at the desk and an employee sitting in the couch said she didn’t know where she was. When we got ready for bed and pulled out the sleeper sofa it was very dirty and filled with trash. There were no sheets. Again, we had to wait a long time for someone to come to the front desk to help us. He brought sheets to the room and they were way too large but he said that’s all they had. We had to ask for pillows. There was also no blanket, so we used the bedspread off of the other bed. The employees we interacted with were somewhat unprofessional and lacked initiative.

Stayed 4/3-4/5. The staff was beyond amazing and they were accommodating. The one staff member working in the dining area 4/4 was so kind and patient with our 1 year old during breakfast. The lady who checked us in and took us to our room was very nice and helpful. All around the staff was the best we've had. The room was clean when we checked in. The best part was NO BEDBUGS!!! The pool was freezing but my son didn't care and very limited breakfast selection the first day but other than that definitely recommended this hotel and will stay here again.

The hotel staff were especially helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was the best we had on a long road trip. Definitely a great place to stay.

I stay there a few times a year, always good, Mexicam resturant next door is awesome.

The TV is so small and old and the remote hardly works. There is no guide. On the TV and it just seems out of date. Two of the treadmills didn't work

Pool was closed. Front desk staff was great. Property was clean.

Overall decent hotel and comfortable stay. No issues with the service. There were a couple minor cleanliness issues in the room. It was also a bit noisy at night staying on the first floor and hearing the lobby noise. Other than those two complaints everything else was fine.

The wifi wasn't working so there was a password for the entire stay. Pool was heavily clorinated tgen closed, no swimming. Everything else was okay.

I wish the indoor pool was clean and opened

This is my fourth stay for business. Always pleasant staff and a clean facility. 10% off at the Applebees next door is always a plus. :-)

Overall a nice stay. I was on the second floor right along the railing to the stairs and right above the check in area. I had some trouble getting to sleep. Whenever somebody would walk in I could hear the doors, people talking at the front desk, or whenever somebody would walk up the stairs. Overall not a bad place and I would stay again if I was in a different area.

We were in town to see a relative that was having surgery. We have stayed at this property several times and we decided at the last minute to book a room. I searched online on a 3rd party booking site and found the rate. Knowing that rate, I called the hotel and asked for availability. The representative quoted a price $40 more than the online price. When I questioned that rate, I was told that this was the last room available. This hotel, I was told, was almost completely booked for the night, and if I booked wirh the cheaper rate, my reservation may not be honored. We took our chances with the least expensive rate and drove to the property. When we arrived, the desk clerk mentioned that it was a slow night, and the hotel was NOT booked. When we entered the room, the general appearance was clean, however, the bathroom was not. There was hair in the shower and the floor. Next time, I will be staying with a different chain.

Ok to stay.

The property was clean and the breakfast was good as well as the night service when checking in. The hotel is dated but is to be expected with the price. The bottom floor however was noisy as we were beside the ice maker and there were people making noise in the hall early in the morning around 3am. Other than that it was a good place to stop when passing through
