Terrible check in terrible front desk staff

There was a huge roach on the floor in our room when we woke up. The ac was very musty and humid. Staff was nice.

Very nice. Always like staying at Quality Inn. Nice staff. Quick and Efficient. Clean and Quiet.

Long time to check in. An announced Security deposit, bad idor in room, Tv not working properly

Was ok

This is the first automated check in and it was very dissatisfying. There was no human being to get a blanket or pillow etc. The machine required a $100.00 deposit which was to be credited back to me. At checkout Wednesday (4 days ago) and has not been credited to my account yet. Not happy.

It is a good hotel for the price. Breakfast can be improved, some eggs or sausage are more than welcomed. It is comfortable place to stay.

BED BUGS. I left the hotel covered in bed bugs. I've never had them before so I didn't realize, thought it was mosquitos or something. But when they didn't go away I got it confirmed it was BED BUGS. Requested refund- denied. Contacted Expedia- denied.
