Loves the jacuzzi, I wish breakfast was included as the room was quite pricey.

Our room on the 12th floor was wonderfully spacious and very clean. The hotel and staff were very nice.

The said I was smoking in my one off my rooms and didn’t receive my damage deposit back when in fact no one smoked in our room so that was my incident and they left me couple hundred taken from me

Nice place to stay with kids

I did not like that when our battery on the car died concierge was not willing to assist. Also when my son took the elevator up with the wrong family, and I told front desk we couldn't find him she seemed VERY uninterested.

Service was good. Room was good size but a bit dated and smelled musty when we first arrived.

same old bugs

Staying at Fantasy Land Hotel is a treat but it needs an upgrade. This was the last stay on our trip and was to be our final bonus before heading home but it was the worst of our hotels. It’s just old…no charging ports in the room, not even a microwave.
