I rented 4 rooms total. Our room had a big gap on the door you could see outside. My mom’s was given a dirty room she had to move. My sisters tourist didn’t work had to move. Karina’s room had ants in it. She is still trying to have the manager refund her one nights stay because she rented 2 additional nights and was charged for 3 nights although I had already paid for one night with my reservation.

This property is a CATFISH. It looks nothing like the pictures and I’m not sure where the 5 star reviews came from. There are shady people hanging around the parking lot and dark hallway by the soda machine. They will also charge you a $100 deposit???? We had a trail of ants in the bathroom, entering and exiting a hole on the floor. We were moved to another room and the door lock didn’t even have power. We were then moved to ANOTHER room and there was a smell and there were dead bugs in the bathroom by the toilet. They looked like dead bed bugs. (I have pictures of everything) I immediately booked another hotel a block away, Hotel Hampton Inn and Suites ( with a $20 deposit), and we told the front desk we were checking out. She said she would put a note in for the manager for a “discount.” She didn’t even offer a refund. We never even sat in our room. As of right now they have not refunded my stay or my deposit. I’m out over $200.00 for a room that I couldn’t stay in. Hopefully the nice people at Travelocity can get me a refund. Also the Hampton was amazing! They did say alot of people leave La Quinta and check in with them. One guy said another customer left after he woke up with a live rat on his chest. The Hampton was only around $25 more and the room was immaculate. I really hope this helps someone. I was fooled by the 5 star reviews.

I read all of the great reviews before I chose this hotel and did not believe any of them. I thought "oh the front desk was bored so they did all of these reviews themselves!" Boy was I wrong. This place is as comfortable as a 4Star resort for 1/3rd the price. This was a staycation. This place had overstuffed matresses that were the most comfortable I've slept on since the Hilton I stayed in in Dallas. This place had a WONDERFUL hot breakfast. The rooms were clean and overfilled with towels and toiletries. The folks at the front desk were extremely kind and EXTREMELY Fast which I loved. The choice of balconies around the pool is one I will definitely make next time. The rooms had blackout curtains which are important in the desert summers. The A/C worked great as did the TV. When you stay in a newfangled Hotel you get shared A/C and when it's 114 degrees outside your shared can sometimes be lacking. Not here I kept it below 68 and the A/C didn't even struggle. Please believe the reviews they are real. Why this only rates a Good is beyond me. This place is run like a well oiled machine it's in tip top shape and I hope this review doesn't raise the prices too much! LOLOLOLOL

I rented a total of 4 rooms. Our door had a large gap, my mom was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. My sister was given a room that had a broken toilet and my aunts room had aunts in it. Both my mom and sister were given different rooms. Property needs a lot of maintenance. The staff was very friendly.

Staff was great. Location was convenient to St. Joseph's hospital and nearby medical offices. The facility itself appears in need of a lot of maintenance and refurbishing -- owners taking profits without reinvesting them in the property.

Overall the stay wasn’t awful and they staff were attentive to needs but the maid failed to come during our one week stay and this presented some problems. Of course it was the holiday weekend so I’m accounting for the maid’s absence with such a holiday like the 4th of July in mind.

Room was dirty. Dirty drawers and lint and stuff under bathroom sink. Bathtub was chipped. Towels were extremely rough. Homeless people trying to get into the pool area and asking me to let them in.

Old! They charged for damages $100 a room How could they tell if any thing was broke? So run down. It will be 8-10 days before they return my money! Never ever was asked for a deposit before this! Will not stay there again

Upon checking in, we waited in a lobby-full of people just to get into our room. Once we started unpacking our belongings and started trying to settle, we found brown/yellow clumps all over the bedding and the tv did not work. They moved us rooms, next to the boiler room, and was hot throughout the duration of the stay (this with setting the room temp to 66 and still insufficient) once settled into this room we continued to smell pockets of smoke and pee, and after the first night was all we were smelling. Included in our first day being packed with switching rooms and inconvenience after inconvenience, we got ready to go down to the pool to switch up the chaos.. the pool was closed during the hottest time of year due to someone’s child feces being in it… The breakfast bar was not stocked throughout the hours, and so my kids and I went without breakfast some mornings due to lack of options. There was a promo being offered at check-in where you could sign up for the rewards membership and if stayed 4+ consecutive nights, offered a two free night stay. We were in a position where we needed to utilize our 2 nights, since we had booked for a 6 day stay…. I spent a full day on the phone with reservations & rewards as well as hotel mgmt trying to book us our two free nights and was met with complete run-around each time, in the end being told I would not be able to use until 2-4 weeks after our checkou… the manager shrugged this all off at check out saying it was an Expedia problem
