It was very nice. Comfortable, nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay

Stayed for one night on a road trip. It was fine and a good price (about $70). Our AC was not in great shape and made a odd grinding noise. It wasn't too hot so it was fine just to shut it off. Breakfast was lackluster, mostly just waffle maker and drinks. The room itself was good. The bed and sheets were comfortable and clean. The floor was not carpet and was clean. Check in and out was quick and easy. Good parking.

Nice for the price and great location to the college

Clean, remodeled…No security light by the rear entrance to our room. We knew there were two strange men there but you couldn’t make them out real well. No security reinforcement latch on room 235. It had been previously ripped off the door. Scary for two women traveling alone. Free breakfast but no batter for the waffles, no danish nor donuts, hardly any bread and very little seating for the amount of people down in the area.

Don’t stay here, they had no hot water all weekend! Nor did they care! Cold showers? No thanks. I asked twice to have the manager reach out to me-nothing. Terrible place and terrible service. How do they clean sheets with cold water???

The staff was helpful and the doom was clean and what we had reserved. There is no elevator to the second floor, but they made sure to give us a room near the stairs, and it was OK for us since we have no walking issues and only had one bag each. The hotel breakfast options were limited so we had breakfast out at the nearby Sunshine Cafe which is an affordable and tasty little local breakfast place!

The room was nice. Terrible water pressure in our room. It was a nice stay. Only thing I didn’t care for and was unaware of is the $100 deposit when you check in. That doesn’t get refunded back for 5-7 days.

Very disappointed with rooms and breakfast. Will not stay again as BW and Americin rooms and breakfasts are far superior. Cannot believe i pd 168.00 US to stay there!! No value anywhere. Sorry but we travel a bit and this was a mistake.

Overpriced hotel for the Muncie area! Or maybe the hotel prices were increased during graduation weekend?

Was good stay other than the 6 teenagers in hallway playing golf in cups while we was trying to sleep. We would stay again definitely
