Only thing I wish was that when the staff saw that I had quite a lot of luggage they would of accommodated and gave me a 1 floor hotel room instead of the 2nd floor being that there is no elevators or luggage caddy

It was cool

We were in Poughkeepsie visiting family and this property was very convenient to where they lived.

Pretty nice stay! The only thing that was strange was that the lights on our nightstand had some sort of motion sensor so they kept turning on and off every time we moved! Other than that, no issues!

It is a very good hotel for the price,i check in with no delay and got an amazing room.The place was so good that my son say that it doesnt feel like a hotel, it feel like he was home. The hote location is great as it is surrounded by alot of restaurant and shops within walking distance.

I have a terrible experience at this location. I was given an unclean room not once but twice. The room was full of bed bugs and the other was coved in stains that look like dry blood. I request for a partial refund due to the health hazard. It almost seem like I was profile and given disgusting rooms but notice the white guest got treat with more understanding and clean room

Beds were comfortable enough, bathroom floors needs a good bleaching and the toilets were to small, like it was great for 5yr old kids

Pool was unheated but clean. Opened too late (9am) in the morning. Rooms were dated and bathroom a bit dingy. Walls were thin with lots of noise from neighbors. Breakfast was terrible.

We had to leave. The room smelled of marijuana and cigarette the kind thats penetrated into the sheets and everything. Neither the hotel Nor Expedia customer services assisted us. I was traveling with my young son.

Stayed in a room in the new Annex building, where lobby and breakfast are. Super clean, super friendly, quieted down outside after 11. Breakfast was a little too basic, but ok. No elevator so a but inconvenient hauling luggage and coolers to second floor

Property safe and clean nice place to go for a weekend getaway

The first room we got smelled so badly of cigarettes. I lasted an hour and started developing a rash. I went to the front desk and asked for a new room which the staff kindly did. The new room was 100% better. Breakfast was basic but at least there's free breakfast! The location was great.

This property is fine, and I will stay here again. I wouldn't discourage anyone from staying here. But this property has been better. I've been staying here regularly the past few years, and every time I am a little more disappointed. The best part of this property is the location if you have a Vassar connection. The breakfast is sub-par for ordinary traveler hotels with complimentary breakfasts. I have never used the pool or exercise room. Connecting to the internet is a hassle, but once connected, it is adequate.

It was a good price and better than I expected at a Quality Inn. Staff was not talkative but nice enough. The room was clean and orderly. Had the smell of an old hotel in the room but it was tolerable. I use ear plugs and a white noise app so I slept like a baby. Overall did the job.
