The hotel location is a bit far from the MRT, around 700 meters, but after going out from the MRT you can take a bus directly to the hotel. The room is very comfortable and spacious.

24-hour check-in is fast and convenient. There are bus stops directly in front of and behind the hotel. The hotel is located in a shopping area, with Aeon and 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby.

This hotel provides a shuttle to MTR and also a bus stop in front of the hotel. The room is a bit dark and there is no mineral water, but it is quite large for a family with 2 kids.

Located in Panda Place. Close to bus stop and a mall in the same building. There’s a bus from/to the airport that stops in front of the hotel.

Great. Hotel with easy access. From the airport, take the bus and get off right in front of the hotel. If you're going to Hong Kong, it's definitely worth coming here, especially for your first time. It really makes things easier. All the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, there's no drinking water, so you have to buy it. Access to the shopping center is also just a short elevator ride away. There's plenty of delicious food around the hotel. Love it!

The hotel is comfortable, there are lots of places to eat downstairs and there is a dedicated line to the MTR.

The hotel lobby and location are great. However, the room felt damp and smelled a bit. Rooms were cleaned every two days, and there was no free water. The swimming pool is currently under renovation.

We stayed at the two-bedroom suite. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Lift access is very good and there are 3 each for a particular floor. They have direct access to the footbridge to the MTR station (not directly). Very accessible from and to the airport by bus, bus station on the ground floor of the hotel.

The staff was very helpful. The location is inside a mall. Cons: There was no refrigerator in my room (queen room with breakfast)

It's easy to get to the hotel from the airport. The A31 bus stops in front of the hotel. It's also close to the train station.

The rooms are a little old, but the location and staff are great. It's a great hotel considering the price and it's close to Disney.

Nice service. me and family are loved to stay at this hotel. the location is in the middle of trade center so you can fullfill your daily needs.

Extremely disappointing. I checked in around 10–11 PM on September, and the front desk staff (apparently named Tomy or Tony) was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. I just asked if I could change from two single beds to one double bed, and he snapped at me loudly. When I asked simple questions like check-out time, breakfast, or to borrow an iron, he completely ignored me. He even snatched my ID card without saying a word. Terrible front desk attitude — impolite, disrespectful, and absolutely not up to a 4-star hotel standard. I will never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
