We stayed here for a mini family vacation. Never been to a Sonesta Select before and we had a wonderful experience. Checkin person was very nice (sorry cannot remember her name but she had long brown/black hair). Had us close to the pool which was great as our kids LOVE to swim! Room was nice and clean and no issues at all. Overall a wonderful stay.

The property was very clean and had great amenities. The staff was very polite and helpful, I would recommend this place. Breakfast is complimentary and the late hours of the pool is very nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Our stay at the Sonesta was delightful. We got a considerably better rate for a one night weekend stay than any of the other hotels in the area offered. The staff were all friendly and pleasant. The room was great! The breakfast was kept well stocked during the breakfast hours and was certainly sufficient. I would definitely look forward to staying at another Sonesta.

Our rooms were great, current in decor, and mis amenities. I appreciated the coffee maker, fridge, hair dryer. Great hot water and pressure. Nice breakfast. Bed and linens were EXCEPTIONAL! Misc chairs in lobby, dining, and rooms need spot cleaning.

Desk clerk accidentally gave us wrong keys and we opened door of room with people in it. Awkward! Had to go back and get new room. Breakfast was not great. Not enough choices. Couldnt keep up with guests and so we had to wait for food. Toilet seat in room was only connected with one bolt so it slid to the side off toilet. Very uncomfortable and very easy to have fixed yet it wasnt.

Check in was good and the staff was friendly. Beds aren’t very comfortable - the sheets were very itchy and stiff. Location was easy to find and near everything.

The stay was ok, I was not aware I would be charged a additional $75 deposit on my card at check in

Great place to stay when in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin and surrounding areas.

Great room to gather with friends and family. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Pocket door to bathroom very squeaky.

Great room at a great rate.

Despite me PAYING for a late checkout the housekeeping staff was pounding on my door 1.5 hrs before my PAID for check out time wanting to clean the room.
