Non-smoking room has a cigarette smell.

The location-wise is strategic, the price is affordable. Even though it is outdated, but the room is spacious and comfortable.

The air conditioner was so cool, it fit our hot summer holiday and the room was clean. I found nothing to complain about. Thank you.

The newly renovated accommodation is great. The rooms that haven't been renovated yet are, as expected given their age, but the new rooms are excellent. I really liked them.

Nice hotel, close to many places

Central area, near shopping places. Crowded street, lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Reasonable room rent. Will come back if I have a chance.

Certain parts of The hotel seems a little old and dark. Service was okay as the front staff was helpful with information. Location wise is still good. Hopefully after the renovation, it will brighten up the entire concept. Should have mineral water for the guest. WiFi was strong.

The room is quite spacious but the bed is really small for three people, so the child can't sleep on it because of the narrowness.

Very easy to find and meet up with friends. Near restaurants, KFC, 7-Eleven, MRT. The room is clean and safe.

Staffs are friendly, convenient to travel but some equipment in the bathroom are not working.

Room carpet dirty and dusty. I ordered a non-smoking room, they gave me the room at the non-smoking floor, but there is a people smoking at the inside fire door everyday, and too bad my room is close to it. Good receptionist and concierge staff.

Hotel location is ok, convenient to move around, clean room, elevator is a bit slow.

It was a pleasure and a perfect fit to stay in this hotel because it is close to restaurants and shopping places, and if you want to go to the subway it is only 500 meters walk.

The room is old, clean enough, smells of cigarette smoke, but the staff is attentive and quickly fixes it. The blanket is very thin, the blanket is dirty, should be changed.

Nice location, but the room is a bit outdated, and also the bed makes a sound when I move my body. It seems like it is time to replace the old bed.

Location near the halte bus stop A21, near to KFC, near to mosque Kowloon, but can't have breakfast at the hotel.
