Very clean and quite hotel. The staff was very friendly.

The smell of mulch was so disgusting and the room smelled as well. It was moist and so unpleasant.

The hotel is dated and needs modernising. The breakfast was not good either limited selection. Not worth the money.

There was mold around caulking of bathtub. The furniture in room seemed very old computer chair was damaged, carpet was terrible. Food in restaurant was average

Comfortable, value for money stay in Princeton

The elevator is broken and the lights in the stairwell are out. Fine if the elevator is broken, but a dark stairwell? Also, I thought it was really weird that housekeeping would not speak to me at all. I had asked for some extra cloths and they waved (literally) me off and told me I had to go to the front desk. When I said something to the front desk about it, they said it was because the housekeeping staff doesn’t speak English. Mind you, there was one French speaking housekeeper there during my stay. She was the only one who spoke to me. Not to mention, I speak both Spanish and French. So if it was a language barrier, just like Anna told me she speaks French, the other women, and even the housekeeping manager could’ve done the same thing.

Front desk staff was friendly and competent. Wait staff in breakfast room were very polite.

Very comfortable and clean accommodation close to main routes with friendly staff. A practical, pleasant, convenient choice.

Poor service. Non friendly Rooms not adequately cleaned. Definitely not vacuumed. Not helpful rather belligerent.

Nice place to lodge

It was definitely a two star hotel that raised their prices for a reunion. While I understand the economics, it was well above the matching condition of the hotel. We had to change rooms after the first night due to the condition of the beds. The second room’s beds were better but not other concessions were offered due to essentially having one night ruined. The Front Desk employees were nice. They are the only reason why I gave above one star.
