Great location. Knowledgeable experienced staff. They were shutting g the hotel down for renovation the next day which we knew going in on a discount deal.

Awesome property in great location. Staff was extremely friendly and wven let us check in early and upgraded our room for free. Highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable, traditional hotel in a great location.

There was a little issue at check-in when it came to paying for the room. I'd recommend paying ahead of time instead of using the pay at the property option to make things a little smoother. Even with the slight hiccup, the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for a one night stay. I chose this hotel for the location as it's within walking distance of Grand Central Station which makes getting around the city a breeze.

I am a native New Yorker coming back home for work and to see family. Although I’ve always known 70 Park was here for some reason I thought it was a residential building. After booking and coming down the street- I felt like I had “come home”. The gentlemen at the door were welcoming and the ladies at the front desk were accommodating and friendly. New Yorkers are hospitable and helpful, and know how to make you feel like “family”- at 70 Park Hotel- they have the best of the lot working here. Centrally located to everything and a slice of “home”.

Convenient location for business & leisure, well kept . No food in hotel but available around

I enjoyed that it was one of the few hotels that offers two queen beds in one room. It aas a 9 minutes walk from Grand Central Station. Staff was extraordinarily friendly. The one down side was we could hear loud guests in adjacent room when it was too early.for kids to be playing with balls and arguing. That reflects mostly on guests, not necessarily on hotel.

The actual location of this hotel isn't too bad but unfortunately the hotel itself is dated, no mini fridge, our key cards stopped working so we couldn't get into our room, we had to go back downstairs and have someone reset our key cards to be able to get into our rooms, there are just so much better hotels out there save yourself.

Melanie at check in was super welcoming! I love my room with Park Ave views and bottle of wine! Room is very large (for NYC) with great views and super clean!

There certain problems with the room the temp was blasting cold air the sink was backing up and I ran out of soap but everything was addressed
