It was good

The hotel was perfect for us as we wanted something with a pool and hot tub for our son. It’s not a five star hotel but it was fine for our night.

The hotel is old. AC is in the wall with dials. If you flush the toilet you have to wait 5 minutes before you can use the shower. The pool is ok but the spa tub dies not work. It blows the odd bubble here and there. Its been the same for two years. It is cheaper than other hotels and that is the only reason to stay here.

Breakfast was REALLY good and plentiful! R Especially the eggs and waffles. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Its an older hotel but they're definitely keeping up. Tons of parking on all sides of hotel so you can see your vehicle. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Came up to north bay on our way to a fishing trip. Was located conveniently for us to gather our last minute supplies for our camp. We liked the drive up rooms so our group of 10 could tailgate a little pre-game. Our friend had told us about a nice bar with friendly girls just a block over. I believe it was called Fanny’s. Nice spot. Didn’t ask if they served food but there was a chicken wing restaurant on top. Night manager was a good guy.

Room was clean, bathroom was not. Parking is fantastic - property is very outdated. Pool was closed, breakfast was minimal. The price matched the experience.

Very restful

It was ok for the price. The pool and hot tub were shut down and the hallways and stairwells were dirty and in need of vacuuming.

Little selection for contental breakfast..pool & hot tub were non fuctioning. Beds were old & terribly uncomfortable ,squeeked every time i moved (mattresses very old)

Pool was not available. Phone in room was not working. TV channels not available. Staff came to room and could not resolve issue. Staff offered to relocate us to a room with working television but then disappeared and never got back to us so we were without television for the evening.

Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We had a ground floor that opened right up to our truck for moving hockey equipment around and travel items. Pool was closer but didn't care. The lady that looks after the breakfast was amazing and should get a raise. Food was always fresh and hot. She would even go cook more if you asked. She needs to be tipped over and over. Give her a raise. We'd stay there again because of her. Thank you

The room was not well maintained, the pool was again out of commission, the door key needed to be reset several times. The room was clean, the breakfast was nice, the staff were also nice and the bed and pillows were good - had a good night's sleep.
