Older but comfortable

Clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. The coffee in the morning was good too. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

We were disappointed to find the pool not in operation. Heat was difficult in adjust. Room very warm. TV was analog only. Did have internet but no satellite or movie channel access. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold needed heating in the microwave. We were in line at 7 am when food brought out. Room clean. Staff very friendly . No elevator in second floor, However staff immediately offered ground room as seniors.

Clean and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Normally I stab her and it’s great but this time the tub had hair in it that was not mine and I couldn’t take a bath with the thought it wasn’t cleaned. Also there were a few hockey teams there and the kids were running up and down the halls until 11pm yelling and thudding which made it hard to sleep work work the next day.

Clean and friendly.. Close to all types of food..

There were kids running up and down the halls all night playing hockey, banging on our door. Staff did nothing even when I asked for a refund. Couldn't even get breakfast, they lets those kids rummage thru the food. My stay was terrible and not to mention the lack of sleep my family and I got. Would not recommend.

Our king suite was large and well kept. All the staff were friendly and most importantly the breakfast and coffee were excellent! We really enjoyed our stay we were pleasantly surprised! Thank you!

The room was dated, but clean and the bed very comfortable. Great location for our needs

Staff was wonderful! Place was nice. The shower was very good. We weren’t there for long but overall it was great. Good location for travelling to US.
