I landed at 12:45am, after a long flight. It took 5 calls for them to answer the phone, though their listing said desk manned 24/7. No elevator! Only a janitor to help me (I’m senior with cane) get up the stairs and down long halls to my room. Room was clean and had a working heater, but old “thrift store” like furniture. Bathroom was new and clean. Bed felt fine though one of the pillowcases was dusty/dirty? Staff was helpful but the place badly needs an update. No problems with shuttle service. I avoided the restaurant. Front view photo is misleading, might be from a different hotel.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel is needing to be upgraded basket. My door wouldn’t close properly which was concerning.

Good Stay- Convenient and close to airport

This hotel is fine for an overnight stay. Biggest issue was the lack of an elevator to help get a person with a disability from the ground floor to the second floor room they had been assigned.

Convenient to airport and clean with friendly staff.

No elevator so have to lug bags up the stairs. Mattress old and needs to be replaced, lumpy and uncomfortable. Conveniently located close to airport. Quiet. Needs updating. Shower pressure but bathroom not the cleanest. Not 1% if I would stay again. Much prefer the Marriott

It was close to the Airport and the shuttle was fast.

Older property. They’re trying to spruce it up but you can only do so much

gem. It was really well priced, clean, the rooms spacious and comfortable and the staff was incredibly kind. The restaurant attached was a huge perk! The food, service and environmemt were really wonderful and inviting. Being right on Lake hood with an excellent view of the mountains, was also a huge perk. Will stay again.

Parking lot needs work and maybe security guard hired. Some nigjts people get real rowdy and loud at late hours. Everything else was great.

Nice room and a great restaurant

This hotel is unsafe and the management is a joke. We stayed one night, checked out at 4:30am to catch a 6:00am flight. Our room was on ground level and was broken into through the window once we checked out. We were accused of stealing everything in the room including the mini fridge and microwave and our card was charged $1000! How could we possibly travel back to Canada with appliances?! We are unable to get though to the manager to resolve the issue and they continue to accuse us of stealing even though they have zero security or cameras on the premises. As two girls staying in this room I'm just glad I’m glad we weren’t broken into and hurt by someone in the middle of the night…

Excellent transportation from airport. Great place to stay overnight when traveling home from trips. Best Convenient hotel to airport parking.
