was there to sleep and do some laundry for the weekend. clean room, comfy bed, checked in a tad bit late, the staff, which i assume is the night auditor, was pleasant. didn't get to use the pool but it's there, and looked nice. working guest laundry. i guess my only problem was the garbage room by one of the exits... can't remember if it's exit 2 or 3 but i stayed in rm 125, so it's whatever's closest to it, it was left open for a bit and you can smell the garbage in the hallway. other than that, fair price, near to useful places like the mall, would stay there again.

There was a smell as you enter the hotel all the way to our room. The bath towels were questionable, found hair stuck on one of them. There was no face towel… not a deal breaker; but I found one stuck on the rings of the shower curtain. With signs of use. Yikes! Please thoroughly clean the rooms/shower and wash your linens/towels better. We also have the unfortunate next door neighbor who must have pried the side door open and used it ALL night. Lots of sketchy activities. Otherwise, location was good; right across White Oaks Mall with lots of food for laces around.

It was at least central in London, but poorly maintained.

I recently stayed at Days Inn and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived, which made us feel right at home. Our room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The location was perfect based on where we were coming from as well as where we needed to go. the room was clen and the staff were all polite and courteous.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception clerk was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. If, like us, all you need is a bed for the night, this was certainly satisfactory.

Good stay

We booked a room listed as poolside so we din't bother to request ground floor. Our room ended up being on the second floor with barely a view of the pool and we had to use the stairs. I am riddled with arthritis and my wife has a hip disorder. The toilet didn't flush and the air didn't work. We were offered free cancelation but had no other options. We had to get a plunger from the cleaning staff to keep in our room that we had to use EVERY time we flushed. The shower leaked when the faucet was on and splashed all over the floor and toilet seat. There was a big yellow stain on one of the bed's sheet, the toe kick on the door dragged making it had to open the door, only enough towels for one person, bodywash bottles were empty, they closed the pool on the sunday during the weekend part of our stay and I could go on.

Reasonable price and lots of restaurants, malls close by.

Room a bit outdated but overall a good stay.

Friendly staff at check-in. Room was a mix of some new furniture and a good bed in a setting that still needs sprucing up, with a sofa and desk chair that have seen better days. The room door was difficult to open and close. The old air conditioner unit had buttons that could not be read. The bathtub needs some sort of non-slip material on the bottom, or at least a tub mat to avoid slipping. Obviously some work has been done on the property, and I hope they continue on the good changes that have begun.

Asked for more towels and facecloths. Got the towels asked again for facecloths and never got them. Stopper in sink was missing. Body wash container empty. Large piece of trim molding coming off wall by bathroom.
