Location & view are good as right in downtown. Service staff and cleaners are polite. However, we were not happy with our stay due to constant noisy experience: without being informed by the staff about ongoing construction when we checked in, we woke up hearing loud construction noise from top floors on weekdays even from 7am plus (despite our complaint and management moved us from 14th to 7th floor) and management acknowledged that contractor should only start working from 9am but said they can only tell contractors and hope they will abide; inside our room, we can also hear loud metal banging sound almost every half an hour at any time during the day/night (which we suspected either from the lift or water pipe) which really disturbed our sleep. The aircon also broke down and made super loud motor noise on our 3rd night, the hotel sent someone trying to fix it 3 times, the noise reduced but we left with only heater option (not aircon, so if we want some cool air, we need to open the window, which will let the street noise come in), and there was some kind of funny machine oil smell whenever we turned the heater on, that made ne feel nauseus so we decided not to use it at all, and used the table fans that the hotel provided when the aircon broke down. The hotel gave us 2 breakfasts and 1 lunch to compensate for each incidents. Overall, we wish we could have a better stay & sleep during our 8 nights stay. Recommend the hotel management to be more transparent with future guests about the construction and be firm with your own contractor to limit the noise timing.

I had a wonderful experience at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The location is perfect—just steps from the waterfront and downtown attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered amazing views of the harbor. Staff were friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.
