I did not like the fact that I did not have a key card to my room the entire stay staff had to come open door for me and I had to wait several times to get into my room not a very good

No one could get a keycard, we had to be escorted to our room every time we left it. I was hoping to relax by the pool and read, however needed a keycard to enter. No one at the desk other than the lady with a line to check ppl in. This was a problem they had no control over, however it was very inconvenient for guests. I don’t feel like we should have been charged the full amount due to the inconvenience of not having a keycard.

Room was very clean and nicely appointed. The hotel’s server has been down for over a week and will be for some longer. Hilton should be embarrassed and offer very reduced rates. They also have flown replacement equipment in immediately—this is the kind of response one would expect from a Motel6, not a Hilton property. A front desk person had to unlock my room every time I needed to reenter it.

Staff was wonderful on every level . Very friendly and helpful considering they had to work without capability to make room keys. Therefore they had to let everyone in their rooms whenever they needed it. I have never experienced such nice employees. Room had a bed that was broken down in the middle or something to make a terrible noise whenever we moved and the heating/air conditioning did not work at all.

Stay was good. The facility had issues with key programming and therefore could not issue room keys. A minor inconvenience as the staff had to unlock the room anytime we wanted to get into the room. Felt sorry for the night man as he was continually running up and opening rooms for guests or opening the security door so one could access the hotel. Could have staffed an extra player for the sole purpose of opening rooms.

The waffles for breakfast were delicious but the property needs refurbishing. The mattresses were worn out, the room too small and there was one chair in the room and it was hard as a rock. We are two older ladies and it isn't comfortable to sit on the bed. Will not stay there again. The lobby was very dumpy looking. Other Hamptons I've stayed in were so much nicer.

The lady at check in was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but I did have to go back for an ice bucket, which was dirty, and ask the young man at the desk for a bag. Also the ice machine was broken on the third floor and my toilet would not refill without manually removing the old and jiggling the bulb. However, breakfast was hot and delicious and I had a nice stay overall.

The front desk staff is rude and ignored us when we approached to get help getting in our room because the system was down and the keys didn't work not to mention my card was held 132 deposit because the front desk lady didn't want to help me add on a extra night to told me to go bk to hotel com and then bring her my card to put on file for 15 dollars but instead they held 132 and when I asked about she was very rude this was our 3 time staying here in 2 months but after this time I will not be bk the Ice machine didn't work on the second floor the carpet had stains so did the lamp shade the beds were so uncomfortable I could hardly sleep kids run up and down the hall all day the pool stay crowded and the elevator floor was always wet so was the hall the breakfast area always crowded our we didn't not get any room service the system was down a whole day and we never got any new room key the front desk had to let us in the room it was just terrible stay away it's other nicer hotel all around and I'm willing to pay a lil extra for better service
