For this to say it’s a plus hotel I didn’t see anything that was a plus. When we got to our room it was so small, on top of that you can hear if people was talking outside your room. Then we realized there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, you had to go downstairs next to the office if you wanted to heat your food up. Which the guy who checked us in didn’t say anything about that. On top of that the tub was very dirty it didn’t look like anybody cleaned it. My first and last time staying here. There is 3 other hotels in the same place as this one that I think would have been better if we stayed there.

No service food, and the property is poorly

Property was good location to airport arrival and close to Philly for us next day exploring.

My family had two nights booked at this hotel. We did not make it 1 night before we left and found another hotel nearby to stay. The room looked fine at first, nothing fancy. The longer we stayed however, the more roaches that started to appear.

We needed a place to stay as we had an early flight the manager of the hotel allowed us to leave our cars there until we got back from our vacation. This is why we chose this hotel. He gave us free parking and it was very convenient.

Good enough for an overnight stay and a shower in the morning. There's a Denny's right next door, very convenient for breakfast in the morning.

Rubbing staff

It was a good day doing complaint I have. I did not have a refrigerator in the room.

It literally feels like one checking in a prison With no good customer service and procedure with a long queue waiting with no good place to seat.

Staff was not friendly at all. Very rude. Room was very dirty.Roaches in the bathroom shower. Chair was torn all over it. I will never stay here again.

Roaches, No Television Channels. The people who actually lives there say they have firesticks or roku sticks for channels. No hot water, supposedly for a gas leak that the guest was not aware of. Staff (Men) is RUDE and mean

Overall great for a night or two clean and quiet

Room was clean but had a weird smell, even though it was a 100% smoke free room.

The newest thing they have in each room is a sink. Everything else old and outdated imagine the pictures and age it by 15-20 years on it
