This place is so nasty had roaches crawling on the bed and on the countertop would never stay here again

Lots of people just hanging out smoking weed, it was pretty run down, seemed like a flop house.

This might have been the single worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The first room we were given didn't have a deadbolt, as it had been ripped off the door. They at least agreed to move us to a different room. The room was on the third floor, and the first thing we noticed was a bright orange traffic cone on the stairs, because one of the stairs was literally falling apart. When we reached the third floor, it smelled like urine all up and down the hallway. People were sitting outside their doors smoking, which was bad for us as we have allergies to cigarette smoke. We found dirty clothes sitting on the floor. The walls were dirty, the floorboards had dirt piled up in the corners, the chair was stained, and the bed lifted up when we sat on it. Even though it was a non-smoking room, the smell of the smoke outside came into the room. The property felt very unsafe, and we decided not to leave anything in the room during the day. Avoid this place like the plague.

Smells, filthy room, no hand soap, no amenities. I regret paying for this room online.

Mattress was hard and the number of roaches in my room was ridiculous.

The bed sheets looked to have cigarette burns, there were countless holes and dents in walls, and the overall environment felt unsafe.

The property looks good on the outside but as soon as we open the door there was a white roach ran across the hall from the room and seen 3 brown ones one on the curtain stoped one by the ac vent and flung one off the bed and my pregnant sister woke up to 2 crawling on her one on her are stag at night was rude and told me she can give a refund but sleep on the street no good customer care and no clean room also stink

Property was disgusting. Burn holes, stains, mold and unsavory people in parking lot at all hours and people staying for “28” days living there. Staff rude and unwilling to help or negotiate. Avoid at all costs

Well, I will never be staying here again. I booked a non smoking room but when we walked in our room the heavy smoke smell was pungent. I could barely sleep with how bad it was. You may ask why I didn’t go and ask for another room well the area had me sketched out. I was so scared to walk out and ask for a different room. We had a phone inside but it didn’t work. The inside of the room had broken doors and lights. There were flies and bugs in the room. Finally after falling asleep we woke up to a disgusting sewage smell filling the room. I kept waking up through the night and heard the toilet making gurgling noises but didn’t think much if it. I heard noises outside our door early that morning and went too look out the peep hole but the door has tissue paper filled inside the holes (one which looked bloody). If it were up to me we would’ve left if we could have been refunded our money to find a more suitable hotel. The pictures were extremely deceiving. On a positive note we didn’t check in until about 8:45 and the lady at the front desk that night said she would leave the pool open for an extra hour so we could enjoy it but after seeing our room and the area we decided not to go. I just wish our experience was better.

Went for my fiancé birthday just a little night out away without kids. First thing walking in the room; my baby roach crawled from underneath the air-conditioning unit. What you didn’t worry me because it’s Florida. It happens. We had dinner plans so we just dropped our stuff off and left. Came back to set up the room and yet another roach crawled across the floor from the bed toward the TV. And I tried to again move past it

This place was disgusting. First, a syringe cap was in grassy area in front of our room. Second, the room had a musty smell, dirty walls, bathroom tub stained, and the toilet was broken. Finally, the tv and cable was prehistoric. DONT STAY HERE,you are better off sleeping in your car.💩

L'hôtel le plus sale que je n'ai jamais vu Limite, j'ai hésité à entrer dans la douche. Des cheveux trouver dans les lits, des morceaux de nourriture en dessous de la clim.... Pas de serviettes ni de savon.... Et le service pour en obtenir... Laborieux! Je ne sais même pas si on peut appeler ça un hôtel. Une nuit pour 70USD ça ne les vaut même pas

It was a good quiet place. Clean.

The hotel was not maintained. The stairs to the second floor were crumbling. The room was dirty, smelled very rank, the bathroom sink was glued together, the bathtub had a very arge patch on the bottom. We arrived late at night, so we stayed. The next morning, we asked for a refund, and she told us we had to pay for the three nights booked.

The room didn't look anything like what was online. Homeless people everywhere. The sheets were dirty. We slept on top of the comforter. It was musty. I wouldn't even give a one star .
