Staff was great, good location at a great price!

Easy to find, good place to crash

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay here at Econo Lodge. We were in the area for the water lantern festival at Eisenhower Park. Sueda, the woman at the front desk truly elevated our experience with her amazing hospitality and warm personality. Rooms were clean and spacious, free water and coffee in the lobby, and large parking lot.

The room was large and the bed was super comfortable. We walked to dinner that was recommended by the gentleman we checked in with. And upon leaving I realized I forgot my phone and as I went running back the maid was already on her way out of the hotel with it. Just amazing service all around!!!

Stay there every time I go to NYC. Great place.

Room was clean the hallway steps and actual hallways were sticky and smelly

I had a great one night stay the only thing I had an issue with was I had no I mean no hot water

If I could give the staff 10 stars I would. They were the friendliest, most generous, and accommodating people I ever encountered. Would definitely recommend.

Easy on/off parkway access

The front desk staff was very nice, over the phone and in person. The coffee bar is a wonderful perk. Rooms were very clean, but the a/c units are outdated and only work if set at 50⁰. Our room was freezing upon entry. Other than that, our stay was delightful.

Our stay here has been wonderful! Rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the service - excellent! The staff here really go above and beyond... extremely helpful and friendly!!! Thank you!

Spacious room but needs some updating. The shower in our original room was clogged up and the water wouldn’t drain and we had to be moved to another room that kind of felt more like a chamber than a room. The front desk was prompt about taking care of the situation which was appreciated but needless to say will not be staying here again.

Very nice visit for the first time at Econolodge.
