Terrific breakfast! Staff friendly and helpful

Breakfast was good. When we got into the room it was cool. Everything we need for the stay was available,towels,coffee,microwave,fridge and clothes iron

The room was a little bit small but it was extremely clean! Staff was super friendly and helpful with check in and checkout. Would definitely recommend staying at this location. Note that parking oversize vehicles is extremely limited (nothing over 6 feet) and may require you to purchase additional parking

Pretty run down in hallways/rooms and pool area

Staff was extremely kind and went out of their way to make is feel welcome. We had to call several times to let them know about late arrival, check in and food and they were so accommodating and pleasant. Will stay there again!

Room was clean and the staff were great and kind.

The breakfast menu is average at best. Only one option for fresh fruit. coffee was very weak. Same breakfast every day no variety. the tables were not cleaned after each customer. overall breakfast experience was disappointing.

The property is getting old and definitely needs some renovations and upgrades.

Clean room no problems with comfort, good breakfast. Excellent location if you’re coming for medical appointments at the Foothills.

Staff was friendly, room had everything we needed, kids loved the pool and breakfast. The location was also close to everything we needed and the LRT station.

Room condition was terrible. Bathroom sink would take forever to drain and shower head leaked so bad that the shower pressure was almost non-existent. Even after reporting it, nothing was done to resolve the issue. One of the elevators was not operational and hot tub was dirty.

The room had dirty carpet smell like smelly feet and sheet were old. Hot tub wasn't clean. Pool was very cool.

Nice breakfast except both mornings coffee and hot water for tea were both just luke warm.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel definitely is dated. We like using the stairs but they were dirty and not inviting. The bed is quite comfortable, the bathroom fairly new. Didn't hear the traffic outside much, but the door slamming and walking around from other guests was quite loud, even through earplugs. The breakfast was pretty good. Sadly, they use all plastic dishes/utensils and everything went in the garbage afterwards, which made us feel ill.

The motel was ok. Good breakfast, great staff. The property was kind of run down but not too bad a place to stay. Safe neighbourhood close to transit. Over good place to stay.

Staff was accommodating, room was clean

Breakfast was basic but always stocked. Hotel is clean and quiet. Hotel is very very run down……chairs peeling, stains on walls and floors, fridge didn’t work, dresser was beat up. Old beds(yellowing mattresses, pillows, curtains, bedding)
