Every thing was ok just the air conditioner sounds so real n noisy especially at night so couldn’t sleep ;( but I understand that pretty old building…

Very convenient for our travels west.

I liked how they kept everything clean. The personal that were taking care of the rooms, came in every day, to make the beds, empty garbage, change the towels. The beds were comfortable too. *The refrigerators froze everything, that were in the rooms.* They supplied coffee and all the fixes for your own coffee, and teas. The slide that was in the pool was great too. I had my grandson stay with me, and there was always clean, dry towels ready for there use. No life guard on duty so if you had children 14 and younger you had to be there to watch them. They had a great continential breakfast was scrambled eggs, with sausages, toast, there was yougart and waffles too. My favorite was hard boiled eggs. They have muffins too. Juices, coffees too. The one thing I wasn't to crazy about was the sound of the elevators as they were going up and down. The one on the right was better than the left one. But they did work. It was a good location.

The room smelled badly. They do not keep up with cleaning rooms and carpets were dirty.

The rooms were clean but dated though there were active renovations occuring at the time of my stay. The staff was great when I first arrived the room I was given had a broken toilet but they were quick to address it and provide another room.

Pool could use a clean but the staff was amazing. Sofia went above and beyond dealing with Expedia after our reservation didn’t come through. Expedia was terrible to deal with and she finally took the phone and demanded they make it right after we sat there for an hour moving through the departments in Expedia. They got our kids some drinks and snacks while we were waiting in the lobby for so long. Expedia shame on you for this one. Not one refund or discount for your mistakes

Rundown,it should be about 50 bucks a night. AC was very loud. Elevator was scary.

I had a pleasant stay overall, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. The only issue I encountered was a strong odor in the room upon arrival. Fortunately, I had brought a can of Lysol with me, which helped reduce the smell somewhat and made the room more comfortable during my stay. I hope management can look into this, as addressing room odors would greatly improve the guest experience. Other than that, I appreciate the hospitality and would consider staying again in the future.

Were in Calg for a surgery. Me 1 nite, wife 2. Got exactly what we needed/wanted. Would stay again hopefully for more joyus time.

Loved the place! Convenient to C-Train. Staff were very welcoming and breakfast was good. The only issue we had was heat/ac unit was super load

This hotel is showing its age, but it was clean. The breakfast was okay with some hot and cold options, but not spectacular. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, helping us navigate the uncertainty of a loved one admitted to the Foothills hospital.

The property was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was quick to get up to our room, good parking, and considerate staff. The room was perfect for us.

Checking in and out was easy, staffed 24 hours and staff were very friendly.
