Staff were great!! Outdated everything ,tvs were impossible and the pool was cold!

Stay was good. Decent breakfast. Blinds don’t close in the room. Shower was okay. Good for passing through Calgary.

The front desk agent was welcoming and awesome! We arrived alte inthe night and he was still very friendly and accomodating.

Good property. Breakfast was also good. Transportation wise convenient and staff was also good. But I have not received daily room cleaning service so I had to request them. Wash Basin was kind of clogged because water was draining very slow. And some kind of pest control smell was also coming from some corner of carpets on each floor. Overall Average good experience .

Comfy bed. Regulating the temperature was a bit tricky and the air conditioner was a bit noisy. Breakfast was a great assortment. Overall good stay though prices more than doubled in 6 wks since last stay.

The room was quiet and clean. The room's office chair needs work. The chairs breakfast room and lobby need cleaning... they look bad. The lobby is small and the air is full of moisture and chlorine from the pool. I had the "do not disturb" out one day but besides that the room cleaning was missed twice. The hotel location was very good with easy access to the train. The near by restaurants were good to excellent.

The person in charge of breakfast was kept very busy, doing this and cleaning floors. She was very friendly and did a great job. She was the highlight and maybe the only positive aspect of our stay. The pool/hot tub area was terrible, and needs repair. Having swimming lessons in the pool when paying guests are trying to use it is not acceptable. The furniture in the room was badly worn and in need of repair. The bathroom did not even have a towel bar to hang towels from, or shelf to place towels on! This is not a hotel that we would stay at again, or recommend to others

The Staff were engaging, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Things in the hotel were very worn and beat up. Mirrors were filthy and bathroom vent was very dirty. Office chair in the room was very worn. The cost of the stay was just far too mu CB for the room and hotel.

Place was clea, breakfast was good, staff was helpful.

The room was very dirty. Old stains on the sheets and towels. Looked like someone wiped poo on the wall and cleaners never cared so wash it off. Will not ever stay here again.

Was checked into a room that someone had obviously been smoking in. Requested a change which was nicely accommodated, went to the new room and the cards would not open the door. There was a number of long hairs in the tub area, the mirrors were not very clean. The floors in the elevators were dirty, there was a large ridge in the carpet right by the entrance into the elevators waiting area. Would not recommend the Hotel, horrible value for way too much money paid!

The hotel is showing its age and the rooms are a little dated, but they were clean and comfortable for the most part as well as easy to get to and from most places from the hotel.

When we checked in and got our keys we went to the room, I opened the door and didn't really pay attention but my son and dad said the room smelled and they my son saw what looked like dog poop right by the door. I went to use the phone and it didn't work. So I went downstairs and told them and they said so sorry, it really didn't feel like they wanted to give us a different room (they also said it probably wasn't dog poop but kids playing a prank. It sure looked like it!!) but we got another room. It was better but there was no TV remote and a dirty sock was found under the bed. I asked for a discounted rate but because I booked through expedia they wouldn't do anything. I will not stay there again.

Beds were comfortable. Overall clean, but some mold arround in the bathroom and pool.

Check in was very slow.
