Bed was comfortable. Property was clean.

When we checked in and got to the room, the room was dirty. The bed was made and turned down, but when we pulled the sheets back, the sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Stains on window shades that looked like dried blood.

Place was dingey and outdated. Room could have used a good vacuming. Person working front desk as rude and unfriendly.

Although the staff was friendly, we will never stay here again. It says that they’ve renovated, but it must not be a recent renovation because it felt dated and the door was stained and the paint was scraped and chipped on the doors and trims. The room was not properly cleaned. The tub was dirty to the point where you could see the dirt ring around the tub. They said they had no other rooms available for us to switch to. They brought us cleaning spray and cleaning rags, that looked just like the towels and rags in the room for us, but I had to clean it myself. The hand towels were dirty and stained. Not enough towels were given for the 4 people in the room. Asked for additional towels. However, housekeeping came into our room the next day, even though we asked them not to, and they took the towels and wash cloths. Had to ask for towels again, but all they had to give us were hand towels. This made for an uncomfortable experience.

Bedspreads are stained. Towels are VERY thin but the Price was good and we were tired.

The towels were very yellow stained and dingy.carpets throughout building was dirty.

It was the most unclean and smelling hotel I have ever been to. Got in our room and immediately had to leave.

The room were non-smokers but the odors was bad. Nothing in the bathroom like soap or shampoo

The staff is accommodating

This place was awful. Dirty, smelled SO bad of cigarette smoke even though it says nonsmoking. Will never return

The first night, there was a dog barking until 1:00 a.m. Man screamed no repeatedly at the top of his lungs like he was being murdered If someone wasn't throwing up in the hall, they were certainly sounding like it, and we could hear it in our bedroom like they were on our bed puking THE SECOND NIGHT The dog down the hall only barked until midnight30 Someone smoked so much weed in the hallway that I had my first asthma attack in 25 years When I called down to the desk to report this, the response was"we will deal with it when they check out" I was tempted to call the police on this hotel, during this situation This place was so badly maintained that our chair had knife cuts in it, blood on the right arm of the chair and on the seat of the chair. We had some sort of black scuff marks all over the floor?? And then, as we went to check out, I was yelled at by the person who came in to take my card for not just leaving my card on a desk?? I didn't even write this review until I was sure with my bank that they would not be billing me for anything further. I called them to reports that this had occurred while we were there, and that we had left the hotel room and better condition than we found it. This hotel is not worth the extra $20 you save. You may not wake up with kidneys. Oh, it wasn't till I was looking up photos that I remember that when we came in it looked like all of the sheets and blankets were stained with some unknown substance?? Pic included

Room was clean but some things need attention. Paint on doors badly scraped off like maybe a dog did it. Dog barking in another room all hours of the night. People making noise in hall and other rooms. Could barely get any sleep one night out of three. Just your basic low budget motel.

The blankets had stains on it. The TV the volume went up and down and the security door was broken.

Seem-less check in since it was late, accommodating first floor since we had our dog.

This was a last minute one night stay. Don’t let the pictures fool you like they did me. They look new and modern but in reality the room was dated, wood floors stained and had repair patches. The white bedspread had stains. It served its purpose and I’m glad I’ll never have a reason to go back. Staff was very nice tho.
