Staff was very uninviting. They all looked bored as I approached the plastic shield separating us. Two times I needed something and they made me feel like I was interrupting them from something.

The hotel had a good layout, but there was barely any staff and it was very dirty with cigarette butts and pizza crusts laying in the hallway. There were no bugs in the hotel though, so I was thankful for that.

It was possibly the most absolutely disgusting hotel I have prolly ever stayed in the bed was a queen when were supposed to have a king pulled the sheets back and and the sheets were dirty with dirt and l black spots in the bed the bathroom had mold in it the floor was gross to walk on there was ants in the bathroom we were switched rooms and got the right sized bed but besides that nothing was anything better we ended up buying sheets and pillows from Walmart and pillows because those were a joke the towels had dirt spots and hair on them I can go on all day it was a horrible experience I would have rather sleep in the car

We booked here because we had stayed here a year or so ago and it was decent for a low priced place. They were remodeling and the room we had was clean, well supplied and comfortable. This time? Disaster. The whole hotel smelled bad. We had to go buy room freshener for our room. We had a king and they only gave us 2 sad flat pillows. There were NO towels or washcloths. We had to go back to the front desk twice for standard supplies. The extra pillows were also flat and sad. The towels smelled and felt clean but were stained and ragged. We killed 2 cockroaches . If I hadn't sacrificed my keycash and wasn't so pressed for time, we would have checked out immediately.

Would definitely be back but it need upgrades been staying here since 2015 definitely need upgrades ASAP

All hardware in the room were falling off and not even a vent in the bath

Location was good, walking in it looked a bit run down. Thought the rooms might be better. We had the suite, with hot tub. Seemed fine, then roaches starting coming out. Went to front desk letting them know I did not want to stay. I have not gotten a refund or my security deposit back yet.

Room was fine for the price.

A comfortable place to stay while visiting the area at, reasonable rates

My room was clean but only one towel, so I had to ask for another. I am a big guy and need a bigger towel. The staff was friendly and super nice. I had to leave early, and they refunded my unused day without any problems. There is a steak house connected and it was a great option to not have to drive for dinner. The location is right off of I-4 so that was super handy.

This property was not right in so many ways. From the beds to the bath it was very poor. Non existent ice machines at every floor, no phone in the room and the shower handle faced the cold side when it was actually hot. Even something as basic as the pillows were not acceptable. I don't like to give a totally bad review but I have nothing good to say about the stay.

This entire hotel was dirty and drunk of mildew. First room they put us in had a door to the adjoining room that did not close. People were yelling and banging on doors in the hallway past 3am. Cigarette smoking in the hallways and elevators. Room was dirty with rust over everything including the lamp shades. We left after a few hours and do not recommend this hotel to anyone

A pesar de los feedbacks que lei de este hotel que son muy malos decidi quedarme por dos dias. Mi primera impresion un hotel un poco viejo pero se miraba bueno, luego en front desk el hombre que atendio el dia sabado 03/01/2025 en la noche tenia muy mala forma de responder con muy mala actitud, muy mala atencion al cliente, luego llegue al cuarto y holia muy bien, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, las lamparas de mesas no encendian. Pero en fin solo fue para dormir. Nunca llegaron a limpiar, pero no molesto ya que tenia desconfianza porque en unos de feedback hablaron de un robo. Siento que fue buena estadia.

The hotel needed updates and repairs. It was an average place to stay. It met my expectations for the cost. There are no amenities other than the pool.

Had to change rooms at first. TV had a menu that kept popping up and cycling every minute or so making it impossible to watch. Second room had trash on the floor and no refrigerator. Was also missing towels so I had to ask for them. Have stayed here many times but seems to be going downhill.

The room was so dirty i notified to the young lady at the from.desk it seen she didn't care the smell on the hallway was terrible smelling like food. The towels were white but brown stains we were 2 peoples in the room we only had one towel i asked for another one they took forever to get another one the customer services is not too good i asked for a receipt at the tme of check out she said has to be thru hotel.com that she was not able to give me a refund. They dont have room service. They have to do better hotel is located on intl drive it was the worst experience..Never Again
