Two visits in back to back weekends. Rooms were not clean. Elevator was filthy beds were hard. Air conditioner noisy and not cooling. We gave it a second chance as we believe every buisness has an off day. We will book a different hotel next time we visit our grandchildren.

There wasn't a welcome gift. It wasn't clear that there would be a $100 deposit taken at check-in. We were there 2 weekends in a row. The elevator was filthy with the same dirty spots both visits, the air-conditioner was not working in room 221 and was very loud. It was late and we were tired so I didn't complain until morning. Hard beds.

Temperature in room was set to 62 degrees when we walked in. The room smelled and the marinade a huge dip in it

Each room stank, the carpets were one step away from being DIRT. Ice machines that were disabled, stick2y tables for breakfast, understaffed. Staff was very kind. Homeless in the parking lot-, a guy laying in the sidewalk to our door, shirtless, drinking and chatting on his cell phone. Unsafe.

Mattresses were uncomfortable.

It worked for a one night stay. It is outdated, but beds were comfortable.

From the time we got there and saw 6 officers at another door on our floor, it was suspicious. The area has lots of homeless. Kids in pool were loud until 10 pm just would not stay here again.

The property was alright, you get what you pay for. When we first checked in, the girl at the front desk was polite, we had an issue with my card but were able to get us checked in with my husbands cc. There was no breakfast as advertised the morning after we checked in, all that was available was yogurt and packaged muffins which was ok I suppose. I was told someone burnt the toast so there was not even any bread, we went down an hour before breakfast

The hotel is clean. We were put into a handicap room. We do not desire or need a handicapped room. It was modified for individuals in a wheel chair with bed, hanging rack, and bathroom very accessible. So, if you require said modifications- this room is for you.

Area. Many homeless. Room. Faucet soaked us every time we used it. Whole place needs help! Had to call at 9:30 kids in pool. Graffiti written on a door window of hotel overnight. Day we got there and 6 police officers on our floor doing investigation in a room. Beds seemed fine, clean.

Arrived just before check in and room not ready - fine. When waiting we see another customer walk in and is attended to immediately. He did not call us, even after 3pm, and we had to remind him. Breakfast was the worst ever - no juice at all, no bread or bagels - just pizza provided or the waffle machine and that was on both days. Unacceptable. Never mind plastic knives and forks and paper plates. Very poor customer service. Only good thing was excellent family restaurant El Comal, almost opposite. Will NOT be staying at Ramada again

Carpet had not been vacuumed plus it was dirty , never came to clean room , could smell smoke from other rooms never saw the maids, trash was piled up in hallways by vending machines the whole time we were there. Very disappointed for a Ramada by windam

sheets were not clean; front desk clerk said she had to see sheets before could swtch to another rm. Once she saw, went back to computer she said she did not have any other rooms avail-geez! Blood like ick (small amt.) on bathrm wall by sink. No hairdryer-again asked front dsk clerk; she never called me back.

Breakfast was AWESOME

The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful but seemed like she was high or something; however, the young man in the morning was very helpful and knowledgeable

We have stayed here before. The price is very reasonable, the property is always clean, and the staff is always friendly
