Great location for diving.

Need more water pressure in bathroom, Staff were great.

We enjoyed our stay and the Starbucks was a nice bonus! Great location and our room was exactly as described/advertised.

If I could give this place a 0 star I absolutely would. This was absolutely disgusting in every regard. The checkin staff was kind however, the rooms were absolutely foul. When we entered the rooms (we got two as we were travelling with family), it was hard to ignore that the walls were filthy, the bathroom was disgusting, the AC unit was so accumulated with dust it was unusable in room 1. The duvets on one of the queen beds had blood on it and my daughter had to sleep over top a basic bed sheet. When she woke up, she had a bunch of bites all over her legs. In room 2, besides the filth of the room and accumulated muck on the walls and doors, the AC unit was dripping so severely that the floor was wet and mushy. We asked the staff to assist and all they were able to do was to put several towels on the floor to help mitigate the dampness. The shower in this room also did not work at all as in, no water running. Rooms were incredibly outdated as well and it was clear the cleaning job was less than subpar. Terrible experience and would not recommend anyone to stay here at all. It looks nothing like the photos, please save your money.

Clean, great value for the price, good location, nice views of the marina, great breakfast!

Staff was very nice and the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Only negative is that the hotel is definitely a little older and it shows.

Hotel was great location, room was clean. Beds not really comfortable, and room 328, you can not lock the door or use the security lock, neither work.

Great property by the marina. Nice views, friendly staff, would highly recommend.

Great family friendly resort, we stayed for Mother’s Day weekend and had so much fun.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. 5 stars for the young man who made our breakfasts, he was extremely personable, helpful, patient, and a great cook!

We loved it!

The handicap room with roll-in shower, the toilet did not have bars to hang on to for a handicap person.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff and great location for access to Key Largo attractions. Very Pleased with this hotel!

This hotel is PERFECT! It may not have that “Keysie” vibe but it’s super clean, modern, convenient and the staff are amazingly nice and helpful! The beds and pillows are just right, the rooms all have great balconies and the location of the hotel is convenient. Definitely will be back!

Dated. Door to room was difficult to open. Could use some updating.
