It was clean, comfortable, with quick check-in, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast. It was also in a convenient location.

This reservation was made for us by a family member. Staff were friendly and polite. But the property is run down and nothing was truly clean. Mattresses are breaking down, furniture is scratched and chipped. There was debris on the floor from the previous guest. Towels are small and thin, sheets are frayed—and you have to make a special request if you don’t want to wait three days for fresh linens. We were very uncomfortable. Last comment: we took one look at the free breakfast and walked to Starbucks.

Comfortable, spacious room. Plenty of towels (rare anymore). Good breakfast and coffee. Right off I-75. Hot water in the shower. A little dated but really didn’t care after sitting in hellacious Atlanta and Chattanooga traffic. After a long day traveling I slept all night. Staff was friendly.

Water leaking from windows. Was told to just lay a towel down to prevent it from going into the AC unit and that all the rooms will do that since it’s raining so I was not offered a different room. Also a piece of the window collapsed since it was wet

This hotel is such a great find, safe, quiet, clean and had a great breakfast!

Dirty bathroom walls, baseboards. All all public garbage cans full or overflowing. Breakfast area garbage cans very dirty and full.

So clean and very good service. Recommend!!

King room spacious and comfortable. Hot breakfast. Convenient to restaurants. Reasonably priced.

Better than we expected for the cost.

This hotel is not very clean. Staff was friendly.

Overall, the stay was good. The only problem is the Air unit would not stay cool in there. At times it was super-HOT. It was also very HOT outside too so this could have been the problem. Room was clean as well as the Hotel itself.
