Great condition

Clean room

Very comfortable place. The lobby leaves a bit to be desired. But our room was like a nice one bedroom apartment. It was very clean. The breakfast was good enough. Not great, but typical for these types of hotels.

I decided to stay an extra night and I used a different card for payment. They charged me, AGAIN, for a security deposit of $250. So, to be clear, the first night I was charged 250$ security deposit in to of the room fee, and then when I decided to stay another night, instead of just using deposit they already took, they charged me again another 250$! THEN THEY DO NOT GIVE IT BACK RIGHT AWAY WHEN YOU LEAVE IT TAKES 3-5 DAYS! UNACCEPTABLE! THEY EITHER THE MONEY IMMEDIATELY BUT THEN DON’T RETURN IT IMMEDIATELY! FOR THAT REASON ALONE I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE OR RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!

Not enough staff. Very nice lady at front desked seemed overworked. Our ive machine in room was broken. No ice trys. The ice machine in lobby was also brocken. The rooms are being to look worn . I have stayed there many times. I love the lovstion and the full kitchen,

friendly staff!!

I got stung about a dozen times on my way walking in to my own room. I was given a little packet of sting cream and barely given an “I’m sorry.” The bees also came back and they didn’t offer a new room or some sort of discount off the bill. The room was super outdated and smelled like mildew. It worked for the time being and what we needed but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

Loved the place. Very quiet and comfortable. Bed was perfect after a day at sesame park. Breakfast was simple but decent. Definitely will stay again.

Everything was pretty good, with the exception of the old carpet and a broken TV stand. The carpet had a patch that was visible and the carpet tacks were protruding at the entrance to one bedroom—3 of the 4 guests stepped on them with bare feet. And would have liked more maid service—perhaps complete service every other day.

Room wasn’t clean

The cleaning crew was absolutely amazing. Thank you to the lovely lady. Overall, some area s may need improvement and deep cleaning but overall acceptable.

the reviews are true. the rooms do have a musty mold smell. couldn’t even enjoy my it had to leave earlier than expected. all they offered was a air freshener.

Overall a positive experience

Good place and breakfast was decent. Only one staff person working so they ran out of food and coffee very frequently. Coffee bar should be open 24 hours. Room was very nice and beds. Next time I would pick a room farther away from US1. Road noise was very noticeable.

Have stayed here a couple of times and enjoyed it but this trip was terrible. Dirty carpet with a strong smell in the room. Checked out early morning because of smell

The room had a musty smell and I saw what looked like mold spots on a lamp shade and walls near the vent. I told the staff and they came and sprayed bleach on it and it went away. I also saw dead bugs on the kitchen floor. The pictures online are not an accurate representation of what the rooms look like. The pool was nice, however, and breakfast was also good.
