We were very happy. The room was clean and comfortable, and above all, SO quiet! The shower was wonderful. My family loved the breakfast. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. We were really impressed when the beds were made, and the housekeeping staff took great care to arrange our girls' "lovies"... which was very sweet, and left quite an impression. Thank you!!

The room smelled of dog urine. The bed linens were stained. I asked for all the linens to be changed. Unfortunately it did not happen. You get what you pay for.

Everything was good. Price was right for our needs.

The bathroom needs some repairs with paint peeling, shower racket needs repair, otherwise all good.

It was clean as usual. However customer service was lacking. We asked for more towels, no response. When we called to check out, no one answered the phone, gave up after 4 tries.

Absolutely horrible. Bed bugs. Two of my co-workers have bites all over their body. One of them has a swollen eye. After inspecting we found bugs in the bed. Documented photos of everything. Spoke with front desk and manager has yet to speak on it. Very disappointed in the way this handled. Would never stay at a comforts inn again

This used to be a good hotel. Most of staff are kind but the check out process left a bad taste.

Hotel was fine, although obviously outdated and somewhat rundown. Room was spacious but very dilapidated. Bathroom, while clean, was a bit shabby. The neighborhood felt somewhat sketchy.

This was a seriously horrible experience. All of the staff- with the exception of 1 guy- were outrageously rude and unaccommodating. The so called "amenities" were anything but that. They advertise a pool & jacuzzi area which doesn't exist. And that was part of the reason we chose this hotel in the 1st place!! Honestly everything from the breakfast to the manager was just a complete disappointment. We had attempted to complain to the manager and she did absolutely nothing to try to resolve any of our complaints. It's very obvious this hotel needs a serious overhaul in their management. We will be taking our experience to the corporate office- that is how truly awful this stay was. I do want to add- the room was the best part of the stay with out question. It was clean with a great lil fridge and a microwave. The bed was great also. That's where the positive aspects of this place ends for us. We will NEVER stay here again.

The hotel is dirty and run down. The room had dirty carpet and the duvet cover was stained and not clean. Very shocked based on review of 9.4

The room was a good value and the property is in a fine location. However, the breakfast was very limited and food ran out. The trash can by the front door wasn’t emptied over the weekend. The beds were comfortable. The floors weren’t the cleanest. The front desk clerk helped to bring needed towels when asked.

First of all, I had to wait for 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to even show up.Upon check-in, the night auditor… I believe. A man with long disgusting fingernails, put me in a room that had no air conditioning (93 degrees today) or no refrigerator. I was driving for two days, stopped at the store and bought fresh vegetables, but could not refrigerate them. When I asked to change rooms, he told me he had things to do and that I’m the one who would needed to be patient with Him.
