This hotel is amazing! I’m glad I made the last minute switch to Best Western. Super clean, staff were friendly and attentive. Huge shout out to the breakfast attendant helping an older gentleman with the waffle maker. My kiddo loved the pool! The room was spacious (and clean) and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. We definitely plan to be back!

Dog barking down the hall. Hard to find an allergy friendly hotel so my eyes itched the whole time. The lounge was closed when we were told it would be open.

Arrived to find property is being renovated. Lobby in disarray. Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in. That single person was only one on duty. I specifically chose this hotel because it said they have a restaurant and lounge. At check in when I asked which way to the restaurant we were informed that a cook hadn’t shown up for his shift and the restaurant would not be open. We asked if the lounge was open … nope because apparently it can’t open if there is no food to serve. Right when I walked in to the room to use the bathroom noticed several dark hairs on the bathroom floor. If we hadnt of driven over 12 hours the last 20 hours we would have left. Very unfortunate for us and horrible for the property and Expedia should have reported the hotel was under remodel. We would NOT have chose this hotel !!

Enjoyed our stay.

There was no hot water, the hot tub wasn’t working, and the pool was freezing cold, as cold as ocean water and you could not warm up in it

Check in was smooth. Staff was amiable & pleasent. I was given a "water view" room I requested. Room was cold, could not manage the thermostat, we just turned off the appliance. "Water view" was the top of the covered pool space. Not ideal. Returned late evening to find no hot water, I figured it was due to some late night showers, didn't report to ft. Desk. A small dog across the hall was yapping for a long time, again no report to management. We slept in, then found no hot water at all for morning showers. Overall, a property under under construction upgrades. Very dated, overnight desk employee was extremely busy, condition of property does not justify the price. Not up to standards.

I asked several times for more blankets, towels and kleenex. I was told by the same person more than once they would bring it to our room and they never did. My kids both had a cold and it would have been nice to help are for them but instead I ended up going out and purchasing the things that should have been provided.

The staff was very nice, rooms were clean & the breakfast was pretty good too. During our stay, they were remodeling. Construction and a cold hot tub were the only negatives.

No hot water

The water heater broke ! No one could take a shower that morning This is first time I have ever heard that happened in major hotel chain ! Ridiculous! The hotel staff told me I will get my credit back for $50 from Expedia. I am waiting !

No hot water available, soap dispensers in the room were empty. No showers except in ice cold water

Did not know the property was under renovations, the hot tub was broken and the carpet in the room needed to be cleaned.

The hotel was under remodel but other than that everything was great.

The staff is always very friendly and nice . Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is always hot n fresh with wonderful staff members .

Loved this place . Room was very nice . Loved the French doors and the balcony with the water view . Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Under construction. Smelly and potentially dangerous. Construction debris and new furniture in halls. Paint on floor.

The ladies in the breakfast room were awesome and very friendly making our breakfast experience the best. The construction was a mess, however our room was nice.

The property is fulling UNDER CONSTRUCTION. They should definately lower their prices while this very deep intense construction is going on. No ice machines, falling ceiling tiles along hallway. Pool was very nice but did not open until 5:00 pm Beach area was very nice, but seriously not maintained by hotel.
