We originally got put into one of the older rooms but as soon as we mentioned we stayed in one of the updated rooms before they changed it no questions asked . The spa could use more cleaning.

Rooms are great matress little hard . But after

La chambre ne sentait pas très bon, le mobilier data surtout la salle de bain et ne pas prendre la chambre directement au dessus de la porte menant au spa, elle fait un vacarme en se refermant.

My stay at Le Bonne Entente was overall fantastic. The service was exceptional, Gina at the front desk was wonderful, and Jules the server, was absolutely A+++. The place itself is very clean and pleasant. The only downside was a slight lack of transparency with some fees. Even though the amounts aren’t huge, when you book on hotel.com and it says everything is included, you don’t expect an extra $20 a day parking fee at checkout, especially when the parking is on site. So, I’d say it felt a bit like a hidden cost.

everything about this hotel is good, been 3 times and it’s my go-to place when in Quebec. I don’t mind the 15 min drive to the old Quebec

Staff was super helpful, room was great and comfortable.

Gina was amazing and very personable. All the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed out 2night stay.

Clean but very dated room. Could be great but failed at every opportunity. Promised free ice creams, movie night for kids. No staff available at the specified times. Very very messy kids room. Food everywhere, probably gets cleaned twice a day if not once. It was absolutely shocking. The main restaurant is in a perfect condition, so its a very hit and miss situation. There is management on site but clearly not doing a great job. The bell boys provide excellent service, if they were in charge the place would be a 10 out of 10!!

I like the area, hotel stuff was very polite. Very nice hotel. The only thing that i did not like is bathroom where we did not have shower, but bath tub without option to attach shower head so showering was very very challenging
