I have no idea why this hotel is rated so high- will never come here again. Outdated. Only 1 pool, no swim up bar, not enough staff, old.

This property is an older property that could use some TLC, my room was nice but I quickly found that I had an ant problem, after calling the front desk several times the issues was addressed and the problem was taken care of. This is a kid friends resort which I was not aware of when booking this resort, there were kids everywhere. The food was ok but there were definitely some good choices. All of the staff were amazing everyone was so friendly and nice. I would recommend this resort if you are looking to save, want a small resort that is not giving luxury, I would stick to the beach, the main pool needs some work but I was able to over come that and still manage to have a good time.

This is a nice resort and is designed for families with young children. There is only one main pool and not a lot to do for teenagers. Food was good and entertainment was good as well. Staff was very friendly and servers were good.

Highly recommended.The hotel has lots of activities esp.for kids.My son loves it there,told me I want to come back,mommy.Best vacation ever..unlimited drinks and food/restautants are great.! Very clean hotel and the staff are very very nice,accommodating and very helpful! If there is 10 stars,will give the Wyndham Alltra hotel!!! Thank you for making our stay best time of our lives!!! Will definitely be back!!!

Great for family friendliness. The staff was great, especially the workers in the buffet restaurant and Luis from the spa who did my massage 4/25/25. I was very impressed with the kindness and service.

Frankie and the entertainment staff were great! Also, shout out to Antonio who was always flying around the buffet with great service!

Jacuzzi in the room didnt work and they tried repairing for 2 times. Wasted lot of time. Food options are very minimal. Just an average service and resort

This was our first time in Cancun (2 adults & 2 children (11&1). We had the most amazing time. The hotel was super clean, staff was extremely helpful, kind, attentive. The food was great no complaints at all. They had great entertainment in the pool, & at night for both kids and adults. the beach was very clean my son had a great time looking for shells. This without a doubt is definitely a place I would recommend for families.

Property is beautiful, easy access to beach, pool area clean and fun. Staff is incredibly accommodating and attentive to the guests. Room and common areas clean, well maintained. Food options could be better but nothing is ever perfect.

Pros: Staff, room size (junior king, ocean view), beach, pool, and a good energy about the place. Cons: Average food offerings; difficulty in getting seats for dinner (tip: complain to the front desk and they will get a reservation for you)
