Everything was great, the only challenge is that there were no good facilities for handicap people. Entering the facilities from the front you needed to go through 10 steps. When you have heavy luggage and have problems with knees, this is a bit of a challenge. There is a person that helps everyone, but when there are too many people checking in , is not possible to cover all guests fir 1 person. Otherwise, great facilities and excellent staff !

The property will be very nice once the repairs and construction are complete.

Room was very comfortable close to city centre, staff is friendly and accommodating, I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was excellent.

I loved everything. Staff were excellent. Especially restaurant staff. Absolute credit to the hotel. Food was great. TV was big which I Loved. Criticisms is that the terraced rooms on 6th floor have no privacy. I could see and hear all my neighbours conversation when out on the terrace which spoilt it really for me. Bed was not that comfortable. Found reception check-in a bit slow with queues forming right were the steps are to get to the lift. Not ideal. Would love more english channels. I could only see english news, no films.

Great property and wonderful stay. Only opportunity for making things better - the cooling in the room ought to work. I had to open the window to get the temp come down from 25°C. Other than that, an absolutely great experience and worth a recommendation

Ms Carmen at the reception is useless. First, she was not able to find my reservation and then she sent me upstairs with a key without finishing my documents. I had to return downstairs because the key did not work. Ms Ana had to scan my ID. Everybody else was nice. No room upgrade(promised by Expedia). Horrible pillows and I could not sleep. At 6am there was a power outage and I packed my last things only with the emergency light. Nice looking hotel in a wonderful city, but several unpleasant experiences with the hotel.

The property is nice and feels luxurious. The rooms are smaller. I feel like if the hotel had put more space for rooms rather than lobby or common areas, it would have been great.

The check-in process was frustratingly slow. Despite only two guests ahead of me, I waited in line for 20 minutes, and my own check-in took another 15 minutes due to excessive document processing. Parking is poorly designed—spaces are narrow and difficult to maneuver. The hotel itself looks new and modern, and our room was clean. However, it had an overpowering smell of cleaning products. After airing it out for hours, an unpleasant odor, likely from the sewer system, started coming from the bathroom. Surprisingly, the hotel does not provide an iron upon request—a first for me! Breakfast was underwhelming and not worth the price. On the plus side, the location is reasonably close to the city center, and the walk there takes you through some charming streets.
