Room was very dated and dusty. The bookshelves have fake book facades on them that are covered in a quarter inch of dust. Pillows were old. We requested feather pillows and they said they would provide them but didn’t. Bathroom was nice but there was no conditioner in shower - only large bottles of shampoo and body wash. Windows are not soundproof. The main areas of the hotel were clean and the staff was friendly. Excellent location and the restaurant next to the hotel is very popular and well liked. This should be listed as a 3 star property.

The room was excellent, the staff very welcoming, polite and professional. Amenities fantastic. Would recommend to anyone, in fact, I have come back for another night!!

We were in the oldest part of the hotel and it was kind of magical! No elevator but a winding staircase up what must have been a tower, with the room opening directly off the staircase. It was like being a princess in a tower. The room was clean and spacious. The staff brought the bags to our rooms and were very helpful with dinner suggestions. We were only there one night, but if (when!) we are back I will wear a beautiful cocktail dress and sit in the gorgeous lounge with a glass of champagne.

The staff were amazing. The room was clean and the decor was so classic. Loved it. Was like stepping back in time, but with all the amenities.

What a BEAUTIFUL hotel. The room was super quiet with the windows shut, and we could open then for fresh air and some street noise. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Toulouse, and we have already told our friends about your lovely property. Merci beaucoup!

Our room was huge and beautiful!

Very large and clean room. Old-fashioned style and not modern. A matter of taste. We liked it less. The room has 2 high stairs between the bathroom and the bedroom. Not comfortable. Very central location but quiet

Nice hotel in great location. A little dated but loved updated bathroom and big room w king bed. Early check in available for a fee but will store luggage - so that worked out for us.
