I always stay here! Welcoming staff always willing to assist. Great food available all day at reasonable cost. Beautiful pool area. One of my favorite hotels in this area.

Everything was fine except that in the room empty minibar , no breasfast included, I payed for ocean view and was pool view. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Clean facilities friendly staff but hotel not easily accessible to restaurants.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and top-notch facilities. The staff are exceptionally attentive and eager to assist. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. We dined at the hotel restaurant, where both the service and food were truly outstanding. Although Expedia advertised Slot Play as one of the amenities, unfortunately, it was not recognized by the hotel staff. In addition it was not possible to change it during our reservation through Expedia. Gym facilities were good, but the AC was not working well for a closed space.

The people who work here are Unique. They truly are experts and friendly.

The Bonvoy is misleading. There is no family plan—meaning the father pays the bill, but if he is not present at the property, the rest of the family can’t use his Bonvoy privileges. Extra charges then come up, like $35/ each for breakfast buffet and $12/ per day for internet fee. All in all, in this case, this hotel is not worth it.

Any time l visit the hotel l am impressed by the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. It is really impressive. I feel at home every time l stayed.

I stayed for a short time and found the property in great condition.

Self parking was mentioned; however, it was very inconvenient. The bathroom shower and tile floor wasn't clean. Only one bath towel was provided for two guests and they were worn out and rough. The breakfast bufet was very good.
