Staff were amazing! Very close to a nice and beautiful beach with an awesome sunset! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff came across as a bit unfriendly, and at times it felt like guests were being treated with suspicion over things like towels or wristbands. We arrived after dark, and the front desk wasn’t very helpful in guiding us to our room—they simply handed us a map and sent us out on our own. Given how large the resort is, this made for a frustrating start. Overall, this was not my favorite part of the trip.

The property was probably fine for some. Skip if your goal is sleep or good food.

Stayed in the hotel and room was clean could use some updating. Great restaurant with beautiful views! Two pools with a view and amazing to refresh from the heat! Great shuttle service around the very hilly resort you never have to wait long for the next shuttle. Beautiful beach with amazing sunsets!

Bugs came in as well as a lizard. Tv in bedroom is not up to date

Clean rooms, shuttle on resort ran frequently, staff were friendly.

The staff was great, very pleasant and always helpful. The resort is naturally beautiful with fantastic sunsets every evening. Went on 2 excursions and really enjoyed both. We will be back!

Beach, food, staff, entertainment activities, pools, rooms, shuttles- were all absolutely fantastic! We will be back

The building was run down. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. When trying to check out to go to the airport to catch a flight, they wanted us to wait until they searched our room to make sure we didn’t steal anything. We would not come back to this location.

The bar staff (restaurant and swim up bar) and omlette makers need an attitude adjustment. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great place, best to have a rental car to get around so you don’t have to wait for shuttle or taxi

Staff was amazing with my families allergies. (Celiac disease and a peanut allergy). Food was delicious and we all got to enjoy desserts!! (Doesn’t happen often for us). All the staff was friendly and did a great job making us feel at home. The room was clean and beds are comfy! Pools are great. I liked the beach feel to them with easy walk in access.

I stayed at the hotel. The room had an ocean view, was clean, and comfortable. The only inconvenience was that the AC wasn't cooling enough. I requested a technician to fix the issue, but none was ever sent.

Fun police shut down our parties but it was a great resort

View was great, the beds where so uncomfortable that our bodies where sore when we got up in the mornings.

Great place to stay. Only complaint is the beds are quite hard. Hotel should invest in new mattresses or memory foam toppers. Something to make it more comfortable.
