The bed was comfortable. Warm water shower at best. The grounds are filthy as are the walkways. The breakfast was ok, with the dinning area the cleanest area.

This stay was disappointing and not up to par with the other times I’ve stayed here. It seemed like they put me in a room that was in the midst of being renovated. If this was my first stay, I would never come back.

Loud noise in the room, took us awhile to figure out it was the fridge, so had to turn it off so we could sleep. Hair dryer in room didnt work.

The room needs a deep cleaning, although the bed seemed to be clean the carpet was dirty, the tub being white was patched with a dark color material, and made a lot of noise, the AC was the loudest, was like sleeping next to a lawn mower,I brought that up to the attendant while checking out but I don’t think he actually cared

Their breakfast bar was very good. Room was clean enough for one night but could use attention to detail. The air conditioner was loud and kept us awake, but it was for one night. The area around the hotel was a little sketchy and we appreciated the safety lighting.

Stains on sheets, bath tub didn’t drain, dirty sink, first room the tv didn’t work, moved us to another room. It was so bad too! Never going back!

Everything was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Room had a microwave and fridge. Check in quick and easy. Pet friendly.

This Quality Inn is easy to get to from I-40 west and its best feature was being near good restaurant choices that were in walking distance. The room itself is OK, not the best built, however. Needs a bit of TLC. OK breakfast provided. Decent value. Relatively quiet. Nice staff.

High crime area . Security with bulletproof vest on walking all over. Police have camra towers all over out side on streets. Bunch of hotels in area .

The first thing we saw when we parked was a sign warning to not be a victim, lock your vehicle, remove your items. The elevator was dirty, as though it had not seen a vacuum in months, if not years. The transition between the tile in the bathroom and carpet in the bedroom was not finished, so when I stepped on it, I felt a sharp fiber from the carpet poke the bottom of my foot. The a/c unit caused the room to smell musty all night...meaning there is mold in the unit. The television has no guide and the up and down channel buttons didn't work, so I had to manually enter numbers (the 7, 8, & 9 didn't work) in hopes of finding something I would like to watch. The hotel guide in the nightstand had an outdated channel guide in it. We each (2 in my party) had to go to the front desk to have our key cards reprogrammed twice. The pool/gym areas are very segmented The gym is very basic, small and felt like I was in a basement. When I walked past the pool area twice when getting my key card reprogrammed a man wouldn't stop staring at me...uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay and the only woman I saw working there appeared to be working very hard to ensure everyone was safe (drying water on the floor) and fed (made sure the food was stocked). I think she was the only one that actually put an effort into making people comfortable. The bed was comfortable, which is a priority for me in hotels, but not among the best I've slept in. In short, this hotel could be so much better

First room they gave us was dirty , toilet clogged. Switched us for another room sink didnt work. And it was dirty.

It was last minute accommodation and it was very good customers service and delicious breakfast, I was kind disappointed

Nice place to stay. Bit old but staff very helpful and friendly.
