Excellent service and very warm and cordial staff. Reception desk speaks excellent English and gave us guidance on planning our tour.

The staff was great, and it was easy to get around town. My room was clean and highly functional for a long stay. It was loud on the weekends, so not for light sleepers, but overall a great place for a solo traveler.

Hotel was very clean and it is located in the old town area with convenient access to all major sights. Very kind and courteous staff. When we checked in, we were greeted by a very cheerful young lady (sorry we didn’t get her name) who spoke English very well and helped us with orientation to the key city sights. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast both mornings in a well appointed eating area attended by a cheerful employee (sorry no name). Kudos to Eduardo who was very helpful in arranging transportation for us to the airport.

Great, old style hotel in perfect location in Granada. Comfy, clean and great value for money. Really friendly, welcoming staff. Like all older hotels, it’s not soundproofed.

Great hotel and very friendly team at reception. Housekeeping was spot on too. Location is fine, with Plaza Nueva a short walk away. It’s on a very lively street with families sat outside the restaurants, enjoying their meals. If you’re looking b bf or parking nearby then that can rack up pretty quickly at ~€25/day Family loved the hotel.

The staff at this hotel is one of the best i came across. Higjly recommend this place for a stay.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en el hotel, y queríamos destacar especialmente la atención de Guillermo en recepción. Fue súper amable, predispuesto y muy buena onda desde el primer momento. Se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos todo lo que podíamos hacer en Granada, dándonos recomendaciones locales, y sugerencias personalizadas. Su actitud hizo que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos y nos ayudó a disfrutar aún más la ciudad. ¡Gracias Guillermo por tu dedicación!

The hotel was very clean and the location was very central with everything around, I can’t thank enough Layos in the reception, this guy is very helpful and extremely professional and always offering help with a smile, definitely I will stay here again.

I stayed two nights with a friend and we loved it. The service is excellent, the location is great, and the amenities are very good. The receptionists gave us very good directions and advice about the city. I would definitely return to this hotel.
