The location is very strategic. Minus points are room is too small and the hot water for shower is not work properly.

Not as bad as everybody says in reviews. Superb location, love the soaps and amenities.

Good location, that's the only thing about it. Staffs were very unhelpful and unfriendly. No basic amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste and sewing kit) in the room, when called to request it took so long to be delivered. They even asked if we can come and collect it on our own at the receptionist.

They charge my credit card without explanation before they charge my credit card without my sign or pin. The front office only said it’s for open card if I use room service or mini bar (but I didn't take this at all) I tried to email this hotel 5 times and not reply..... I wish this hotel can give explanation and more cooperative. Thank you
