Hopefully they finish renovations soon

place was getting renovated when i showed up, room was great and a good price but it was hard to get a hold of staff and i got locked out of my room

The manager was super friendly.

Run down, not that clean. It was ok otherwise

Rooms are being remodeled, which is a good thing, but hammers and drills started in the room above mine at 9:10 in the morning. I was not ready to wake up, but had no choice.

Renting rooms in the middle of major renovation, very dirty, like staying in a construction site, terrible breakfast I made a waffle and threw it away after one bite others were eating cereal

Some of the rooms should have a bath tub in them and the water needs to be hot but other than that this place is perfect

The owner is very kind and we were able to get checked in to our room very quick.

Perfect for my one night stay. Friendly staff. No bells or whistles. If you just want a good night of sleep at a low cost, this is the place. Easy access to Hwy 80.

It’s Rawlins Wyoming, so there are limits to what you can expect, which is fine. But there was a powerful food/cooking smell that sustained all evening, maybe morning too, that permeated the rooms, the hallway, the entry, everywhere.

I was put right next to a side door that didn't lock and the smell of smoke was so terrible all night.

Nice and cheap

Address for property takes you to different hotel on maps. When mentioned nobody seemed to care. Room was filthy, not vacuumed, garbage on floor, used washcloth and soap in shower from previous guest. Sheets appeared clean however.

Overall, it was good. Nice breakfast, except no Orange juice. Great coffee. Tv should come with instructions.
