Very nice hotel close to city center. Parking is extremely limited and breakfast is not included with stay, but otherwise staff is friendly and rooms are clean and quiet. Within walking distance to many attractions. Breakfast has wide range of options.

Great place

Room had internal steps needing the bathroom light on during the night. Lovely helpful staff. No fridge in room. Facilities a bit tired now.

Great location and newly refurbished. Most items were within walking distance or close to a station.

I had to ask every day for the room to be cleaned and when cleaned , they didn’t refill coffee sachets or tea! We asked for awake call , it never happened

It wasn’t ready. Dreadful smell as Rooms being painted. Plaster falling off walls and ceiling. Breakfast was always cold. Staff not interested in listening or helping.
