I was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, very central for Wembley Stadium and the West End, and a lovely breakfast included in the price. An absolute bargain considering the prices in London and really great for anyone looking for somewhere close to Wembley

Hotel was great, comfy beds, really good breakfast and amazing location. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. The hotel rooms are small but not unusual for London. Would absolutely stay again. Staff were really helpful when we needed them

Easy to find with free parking. Nicely located for a trip to wembely only 1 stop away. 5 mins walk to the overground 10 mins walk to the underground. A variety of food and drink shops 3 mins away including dry cleaning. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff, check in was simple. Room was tidy. Another member of staff helped us with some information about the train lines. Breakfast was buffet style and good. Id stay again if i ever go to wembely as its close by and about right on the price. Slept with the window open and no real noise all night.

Room decor was tired needs to be redecorated. Low quality fixtures and fittings. However the hotel is quiet and easy to get to from the tube. Breakfast was ok, good choice of both hot and cold options , however the hit food was cold and the sausages undercooked. They do toast but you have to order it. Overall it's a budget hotel but ok for what we needed

Location was excellent for the tube and getting to Wembley. I wouldn't usually post negatively, but having seen some reviews praising things like the breakfast, I couldn't let this go unsaid. I didn't know you could get an English breakfast buffet so wrong. The sausages were weirdly grey, tough, tasteless and cold. Hashbrowns tasted somehow chewy and also hard, as if they'd been reheated for weeks on end. Didn't want to try the "fresh" fruit, meat, cheese etc. just in case. When you're paying double what a Premier Inn charges, it isn't good enough. Secondly, and I know it's a really petty thing to mention - but the TV in the room didn't work at all. I know people don't go away to watch TV, but after a long day we wanted - not unreasonably, to watch something for a bit before bed. I asked reception if there was "a trick" to getting the TV on, and the guy came up, pretended to look at the cables and connections, claimed there was "an outage" and we should wait 30 minutes. Lastly, it was difficult to have the window open for long as the staff congregated outside smoking at all hours. Hilarious to call itself a "Quality" hotel.

My honest review is that, It’s just a standard hotel, not exceptional but good. What I found great about it is the customer service-from the receptionist to the catering staff- they were all fantastic. However, I think the room was too small and had no AC in the extreme heat at the time we stayed. They had an old fan in the room but it couldn’t do the job. And the elevator, please can the hotel replace it? It’s not the best. Overall, the staff-10/10, cleanliness-8/10, Food- 9/10, Room and amenities- 5/10.

This hotel was a nice surprise. I needed to stay in Hampstead for one night and I found this hotel had such a reasonable rate I decided to try it. Because of the price my expectations were not high, however when I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised. The service, cleanliness and the breakfast were a match for some four star London hotels. The room was not large but it was clean and comfortable and had a nice view of the neighborhood from the two windows and Hampstead village is a lovely place to stay. Dmitri the receptionist was exceptional and made everyone feel very welcome and valued. It is definitely on my list of hotels to return to.

A very quiet, clean and fairly well presented hotel. Friendly staff, free guest parking and breakfast, and within short walking distance of transport links make this a great hotel to stay at.

Very good hotel, great location with easy access to 2 tube stations by foot. Dimitri at the reception seems to be a gem of a person- very helpful and also very respectful. Good number of eateries around or you could just take a tube to Hampstead for more options. I could also get off from Finchley on to M1 easily even during rush hour.

Fantastic stay. It’s crazy that a hotel exists in Zone two with ample parking and is also reasonably priced!
