I believe I got charged twice for my stay. I paid for my trip upfront and another 150 was taken out of my credit card yet I have not received the 150 back!!!

We booked this hotel purely because of the price, and unexpected flight delays meant we had to stay an additional night in the city. Unfortunately, the property is in serious need of a full renovation. The pillows didn’t have protective cases, and the stains on them were visible. Our duvet cover had a large brown stain—bigger than an outstretched hand—which made it clear that attention to cleanliness is lacking. The bathroom door around the handle was filthy; I wiped both sides with Lysol wipes, and they turned black. There was debris in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, and an overall uncomfortable, unclean feeling throughout the room. We requested extra top sheets and pillow cases to help us feel a bit more comfortable. We were exhausted and didn’t have the energy to move to another hotel. To add to it, the heating didn’t work, and someone had to come in to look at it, but no solution was offered. The entire hallway was freezing as well.

Nect room party until i call front desk to send security to tell them to be quite, , started noise again at 2am, same thing next night, security came tell them to be quite at 4 am,

The room was dated but comfortable enough

Staff is lovely. Location, people, the whole thing - it's a great place to stay.

Slow to get checked in! Room is clean! Don’t much care for the Murphy bed.

We had paid for 2 rooms, and got there at 3:30. Neither of them were ready until after 4 oclock, (check-in was at 3). We asked if there could be any chance of credit, and they said no. Even a breakfast coupon or anything. It put a huge delay in our day/plans. Elevators kept bringing us to the wrong floor, and the pool was freezing cold. The saunas didnt work, and nothing is 100% clean. We are NOT coming back.

Breakfast was just okay.

Would not recommend this hotel. Air conditioner/heating unit banged all night. Very noisy. Tub mat or treads would be a good idea. I slipped and fell in the shower. I had to put down a towel for grip.

Everything was great. The only thing I would add is a hot tub

Room was in a bit of disrepair. Trim coming off the TV stand, hair dryer was coming off the wall. Curtain holder was coming off the wall in the corner.
