I took my wife for a night out to s concert at Scotiabank center, and stayed at the Barrington Hotel so we didn't have to make the hour and a half drive home so late. The room was very spacious and quiet, except for the occasional loud car stereo from the street below. Boy it was Friday night, after all, and it soon stopped.
The biggest complaint I could find was parking. Instructions that staff provided to get to the parkade weren't very clear, and once I finally did manage to find my way to the Scotia Square parkade, figuring out where you are supposed to park and how to find your way backwalking back to the hotel were also a challenge.
Other than that, it's proximity to the concert and plenty of good restaurants make it a great place to stay. We'll be back.
