Exceptional friendly service and lovely facility.

The Delta wa great all around, the concierge especially Robert was very informative and gave good suggestions for a brunch restaurant with live music. The only downside was the laundry. One washer and one dryer for 3 floors of guests, had to wait over 3 hours to get a chance to use the machines.

The hotel staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean. Great view as well.

The hotel is fine - if a little dated - and has a convenient downtown location and a restaurant with an excellent breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. That said, a significant negative was the rather convoluted garage parking set up which involved driving out of the entrance, entering a garage, driving up to level 6, entering a not particularly well-marked door and then crossing a mezzanine level to elevators tucked by in a corner on the other side of the hotel. The desk clerk did provide written instructions with a map which helped but did not mention to use lane 1 (the only lane that accepts the hotels payment for parking) to exit the garage. We went into lane 2 and had to back out to use the appropriate lane. We did not see any signage indicating which way to go.

Staff were very efficient and really friendly. Everyone seemed very happy to be working there.

The Delta was located right downtown so it was easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, the market, etc. Paid parking is available and shared with the neighbouring mall. Breakfast was not included in our room rate but is available in their restaurant.
