Well located in the middle of historic Saint John, very walkable, close to restaurants and waterfront. Restaurant in the hotel was good but pricey for brekkie.

Great stay at the delta and an early check in. Although I was unaware that most of the rooms are dog friendly, they did move us from one floor to another. I'm dog friendly at home but not when traveling and spending money on a getaway LOL

Every thing is very good

The staff was fabulous. Nit a good fit for older people. Parking was in a building next door on 6th floor. Lots of construction going on in the area.

The staff we encountered were very helpful, competent and courteous!

Great location, comfortable room and beds, we really liked our 4-night stay. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room and the water pressure in the shower was a little weak.

We had a great stay! The hotel is wonderful. The pool was crystal clear. There was a fire alarm at 730am which was disappointing. We had to evacuate and wait to go back to our room. But this was beyond their control. The price was a bit extreme. We are from Alberta and hotels are more around the 100 to 150 range. Didnt get any discount for the alarm and disruption either. We'd try again if the price is right.

This hotel is tired. Bathrooms aren’t up to date. Room view is appalling ( please request a Harbour view). Fire alarm at 7 am on a Sunday. Blasé service in the breakfast restaurant.

Clean comfortable rooms. Very comfortable mattress. Great breakfast buffet and a la carte options. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Horrible rooms dirty and really unsafe. Never come back here this place needs to close forever

Loved the staff! Room is a bit old but had what we needed. Location is near many restaurants and bars so great location!

Our bell hop, Daniel was awesome helping us to the room. He spotted us afterwards and gave us some suggestions for supper. I also asked if I could get extra make up wipes and staff were very accommodating. The lady that checked us in was also very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

For the price it’s unfortunate that the beds were not as clean for a price tag of 300.00! While inspecting for bed bugs I noticed hairs on the sheets that did not belong to us. Stains on the mattress. Also there was a strong fowl smell once entering the room. The bathroom was showing its age and the sink stopper was broken.

Great place!

Really needs modernization and beautification. Awful bed.
