Huge shoutout to Hugo, the breakfast waiter, he went over and above our dining experience, my sister has gluton allergies. He made sure to recommend and provide her with alternative options.

Expected a lot of noise but was actually quiet.

Old smell throughout, questionable cleanliness, unprofessional front desk staff and overall a rip-off. Gone downhill

Everything was great from start to finish. A very well-run property with great amenities, rooms and staff. I will definitely return to Delta downtown Montreal!
